Super easy to use and exactly what I wanted for my 1953 brick ranch. I found each exterior wall took the limewash differently. Some bricks the wash came off easily and others barely at all. Definitely buy the brush with it. For the chimney, I sponge painted it and then went back with a paint brush for the mortar. Otherwise it would have made a mess on the roof. I purchased about $500 worth of product and it was about 24 hours of labor total.

The product wash easy to brush on as long as the brick was sprayed with some water before starting which the instructions say this. Also spraying off some with the water hose didn't work that well going by the instructions. We ended up letting it dry then came back with a wet sponge with a rough side used for wallpaper removal and rubbed off some of the lime to give it the old weathered look. The sponge worked so much better than using the water hose.

This was very easy to apply, and very forgiving. We were able to adjust the look of the wash to our desired level of transparency. In fact, we washed a little too much off of one side and were able to apply more so the color blended perfectly. The thought of applying a limewash to our brick was daunting, but the forgiving nature of the Romabio limewash made it easy. Our before/after pictures here just show by the front door, but we also applied it to a large section around our garage with similar results. * Front porch took slightly over 1 qt. * Easy & quick application. * Large masonry brush to apply. * Hose and spray gun to wash for desired look.

I just put it on in Fall 2018 to transform the look of our house from 70s red brick to beige. Easy to apply. I thinned it down another 25% from the instructions so it covered the brick but let the different brick colors still be seen. At full strength it seemed like paint and didn't let the old brick be seen. The brick sucked it up when applied. I did not use a hose to get the whitewash effect. I wiped the face of the brick with a sponge instead.

Worked like a charm. Easy to use, relatively fast application and transformed the room! I did very little wiping off after application because I liked the look.

This is such a great text! Very easy to prep and clean up. It only took one coat and I was happy with the outcome. It took my dark and drab fireplace and turned it into a crisp, bright, welcoming space! A very inexpensive way to update the space.

We absolutely love the change Romabio made to our home! We love that it's not paint and actually turns it's self back into stone. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to change the look of their brick.

Easy to apply with their brush. Very pleased with the update to our 1963 orange brick ranch. I kept a solid finish. I may apply a second coat to even out the highs and lows. Great product, easy to use, easy to clean up. We love our new house!

I ordered 2 quarts at 2 different times before I started. The first quart was very watery when i opened it and die not mix up as nicely as the second. I diluted it 1:1. I got the gist of application quickly and it covered well. The brick fireplace I applied it too was unsealed and very rough. I purchased and used the recommended brush to apply it. In deep, very rough areas, and along edges, I found a smaller brush easier to get coverage with. I covered a deep red brick with Avorio white. It covered pretty well. There was some bleed through of color as it dried, but since I was going to do some wash off it was fine. The next day I used water and a cloth to do a wash off. I did a slight amount of antiquing and am very pleased with the look. Better then I anticipated.
