These Ryobi glue sticks worked just fine with the standard glue gun that we own. To be honest, I couldn't really tell if there was a noticeable difference between the Ryobi glue sticks and the generic brand sticks that we also have in the house. The glue melted easily and bonded well to the surface of my child's arts and crafts project. These sticks are very slim, so make sure you purchase the correct size sticks for your glue gun.

These Ryobi glue sticks work fine in my gun. Glue seems to hold really well and they were just as good as any other glue stick I’ve ever used. They dry and harden to almost a clear color but not quite. The glue sticks are 6 inches in length and quarter inch diameter so they work with the mini cool guns. I definitely buy these. You can use them on wood, plastics, ceramics, fabrics, cardboard, and fabric so they’re great for crafting.

My wife frequently purchases RYOBI full size glue sticks for her arts and craft projects. These glue sticks work with not only the RYOBI glue gun, but in the Arrow brand glue gun as well. The glue sticks can be used on numerous materials. She uses them on fabrics, wood, plastics, artificial flower arrangements, wreaths, and numerous other projects.

These work just fine in our glue gun. These are the mini size as opposed to the standard. Sticks melt nicely and cure quickly with a smooth finish. Hold is good and comparable to others we’ve used. Color is neutral. Not quite clear but close. Definitely not the “yellow” tint ones that are not so visually pleasing. Size is 1/4” diameter x6” in length

I'm not sure exactly what to say about this except that it worked really well. Pretty much the same as any other hot glue. It did have a different smell to it than my regular hot glue.. I think that's probably because it's more of a Shop type glue instead of a craft glue. It Had kind of a Is hot tar type smell. It is a smaller diameter glue stick. I just used it in my regular small glue gun....

As it's often said, use the accessory made for the tool. Not sure how true of glue sticks, given the wide variety. However if you want to get it right with the right tools, use the right glue sticks. Melt with a dual temperature, or regular glue gun. Reason for different temps, so you don't end up melting what you are gluing as well. These do real well and surpass their task of adhesive. Not just for crafts. Example, if you are mounting something but only have two hands. Just hot glue it in place so you can use both hands to attach it with the proper fasteners. Let the work hold itself. The right tools makes things a whole lot easier.

I have been using another brand glue stick that was excellent, I tried the Ryobi Glue Sticks and there are equally as strong, clear glue with great holding power. I thought they were a little smaller in diameter than what I had been using so questioned if they would feed into my Arrow glue gun. They did just great. I now have a new glue to use that is more cost effective that what I used before. my wife wanted me to build her a shelf for her new kitchen gadget. i cut the MDF board and assembled with Ryobi Hot Glue "only" worked great! Took longer to cut the wood than putting it together. I have used hot glue for years starting back when it first appeared, I assembled solid surface showers and used hot glue to assemble them. The hot glue worked GREAT and was immediate hold.

There isn't a lot to talk about when it comes to glue sticks, get the correct size for your glue gun and they just work. It would be nice if the package came with the ability to reseal like a ziploc bag but otherwise these are fair price for a fair amount of glue sticks. They work well in my Ryobi 18v hot glue gun, are nice and clear, and a 24 pack lasts quite awhile unless you're doing a lot of gluing.

That’s glue sticks arrived in perfect condition and the quality is really nice. I was a little surprised at the diameter of these sticks. I’ve submitted photos of the diameter of the stick, hopefully to give a visual that will help to determine if it will fit the glue gun of choice. This is a generous bag of glue sticks. There shouldn’t be a need for replacements in the near future!

Great for crafting! I use these for adding wood appliqué to picture frames. It heats evenly, bonds well, and works well for lightweight uses. I like that it comes in a good size pack. It’s a great and will last you for a while unless you’re just cranking out crafts. These work perfectly in my Ryobi glue and they fit perfectly. One stick is plenty for a single project.

RYOBI FULL SIZE GLUE STICKS (24-PIECE) Country of origin - China - imported through Nuevo Leon Mexico I ordered these because the glue sticks on hand were just too short. See pic comparing full size vs mini. I used the full size sticks for a shoe repair project - see pics. I liked how quickly the glue liquified and flowed under fully heated gun (brand name omitted to comply w/ posting rules) After everything cools and hardens, I can trim back any overflow and get back to walking. Yes - I recommend

RYOBI FULL SIZE GLUE STICKS (24-PIECE). These glue sticks fit in a eighteen volt Ryobi glue gun, maybe others also. There seem to heat and melt normally. They are a normal length not the extra long ones like other brands. The packaging is very plain. They work great and I would recommend. My wife uses them for crafts, mostly making wreaths that hang outdoors.

As far as glue sticks go they are plenty strong. I glued two pieces of oak together and then broke apart, the glue was able to adhere well enough that it broke the wood in some areas. This is usually the adhesions quality of yellow wood glue. The glue flowed smoothly from my 18v Ryobi hot melt gun. With the exception of the glue strands that come standard with all glue sticks it performed well. The only two drawbacks are the length and it starts out clear but dries to a white tone.

Glue sticks I got these Ryobi glue sticks although I do not have a Ryobi glue gun. The sticks measure 7/16” (or 11mm) diameter by 6” long, and fit my no name brand glue gun just fine. This glue is much more transparent than the glue I typically use in my craft projects, so any strings or squeeze-out was much less noticeable. The glue melted at the temperature of my gun (which is not adjustable) and flowed just about as fast as I could pull the trigger. The Ryobi glue set up a bit faster than my generic glue. The strength of the glue was perhaps a tad better than my no name brand. I look forward to using these Ryobi hot glue sticks in future projects.

The Ryobi full size glue sticks works as they should. Although they are considered "full size," they are 6 inches long whereas I have been used to the 10 inch long sticks that seem to be more commonly available. These glue sticks fit and work in a standard glue gun and they also are clearer than the average glue sticks which normally seem to have a yellowish tone to them.

Great standard full size ryobi glue sticks. Works perfect with the cordless one+ glue gun(model p305). Glad they are ryobi branded so you know they should work with the Ryobi lineup at least. These seem to have the standard mielting rate as other glue sticks. Same bonding characteristics as other brand glue sticks. These are about 4 or 5 inches long, 1/2 inches in diameter, and should meet the needs of any glue gun project you have. Comes in a plentiful 24 pack.

The Ryobi full size glue sticks worked well with my project. I was gluing outdoor carpet to plywood to make a protective surface for my car console when our dog has to go for a ride. The carpet held very strong to the plywood. I also tested the strength of a wood on wood bonding and it took both hands and a knee to break the bond. The glue actually separated the wood from one of the pieces. These glue sticks bonded well with metal and vinyl.

RYOBI Full Size Glue Sticks (24-Piece) Just got these 24 packs of Ryobi glue sticks to use in my Ryobi glue gun. They fit both my Ryobi glue gun and my old-style plug-in glue gun they worked great in both. I mainly use them for building my furniture projects but you can also use them on many other materials and they work great with them too. My wife likes to use them around the holidays for her art projects.

You ever start a project and realize your glue gun is out of cartridges. This is a catastrophe, what do you do? So you run down to your local Home Depot and find this 24 package, clear glue sticks. I can't say much other than these sticks really come in handy. They fit every glue gun made, they are 6 inches long and roughly a half an inch wide. You won't run out now!

Works like they should I do like the glue gun. My son bought this for me 2 years ago well worth it.

I bought the glue sticks along with a new Ryobi glue gun. Unfortunately these sticks were too large at half an inch. I need 1/4”. I returned them and looked for the 1/4” size and it is not carried in the store. I will just order them online. As far as the glue stick performance, my new glue gun came with a few sticks. The glue worked well on plastic to wood and also paper.

This does as promised and is easy to work with and easy to clean up; plus, with the color, it is very useful for a number of projects where you need the strength of hot glue.

They fit the Ryobi glue gun and are great.
