Suppose to get it yesterday, 3 days after on-line purchase, but not even shipped yet and no idea when to expect and no way to cancel order either. This totally screwed my project timeline

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This saw was exactly what I was looking for. It is light weight, collapses down to a fairly small size, and is easy to breakdown and set up.

It just throws sawdust into your face. It does not come with a bag for the sawdust tube, so I purchased one separately. I thought some of the sawdust would go into the bag, nope, all of the sawdust into your face.

I have been using this for a couple of weekends now, i originally went in for the DeWalt table saw, but my local store was out of stock, so I bought this one instead. Pro's: light weight, can break down easy and roll into storage. Can hook a vacuum to it to help keep dust down. Cons: Have to keep an eye on the blade angle, it will move around. Throat plate should be metal, not plastic (see other reviews) The miter gauge is a complete joke, it belongs in a Playschool "my first table saw" toy. The fit in the slot is very loose so you won't get consistent angles, the face plate is made of flimsy plastic and too small. it needs to be made of something sturdy like aluminum or die cast, and the edge of the face plate sits about 2 inches away from the blade, so you can't cut short pieces using the miter gauge. even worse when you are cutting an angle. If i could do it over, I would have gotten a different brand.

Maybe my fault for not paying more attention but disappointed there's only one track and even more disappointed that it's not a standard t-track so no upgrading the miter gauge. Which really sucks because the one that comes with it is horrendous. Fence moves a lot and hard to get the blade to lock at 45 degrees- it tends to move after a minute. If I hadn't disposed of the box I would have returned it already.

I've never regretted a purchase more. There isn't enough space allowed for me to say how much I hate this saw. The fences are garbage and the saw can't be properly adjusted, making precision cutting impossible. The plastic throat plate should be outlawed. If you use this saw often enough, it WILL break - and you'll be lucky not to lose a body part when it does; and it can't be upgraded. For that reason alone, I wish I could give this saw less than one star. Will never buy Ryobi again.

It's a good design, fairly easy to assemble, and most importantly it is accurate and powerful for precise cuts and rips. Definitely recommend! The fact that it folds down and is nicely portable is a bonus.

It does what I wanted. It rips and cross cuts. It has safety features. The included manual is very complete and easy to understand. It’s very noisey, though. You know it’s on!

So far it's been a good rig, easy to set up and use and easy to move. Broken down it takes up less storage space than a tote.

Fabulous saw. I bought it to help with a house remodel. Boy did it make a difference.

The power button sometimes works and sometimes you have to hold it in to work which makes it dangerous for me. Prefer not to hold power button and try to rip something at the same time. Hopefully ryobi fixes this issue in the future.
