[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was more disappointed with this tool than any of my many one+ tools. The hose reel was difficult to use. The soap dispenser popped off several times the first time I used it, and the on/ off decal was put on upside down. The pump worked well and was quiet. Please notify me if you have a fix for the dispenser.

Liked the pressure washer a lot, Never used one before. Conquered the patio project but was a little hesitant when I noticed the motor to be a little hot after use. I was wondering if that’s normal? If so this one of the best machines I’ve used.

After shopping around and seeking advice from my adult Son I decided to buy the 2000 PSI electric pressure washer.It was very easy to assemble and operate. I also like that it has wheels so it is easy for me to move around. It did an Awesome job of cleaning my patio! I am very pleased with this product!

We recommend this product to all homeowners who want to keep their living space free from unwanted debris, dirt, and fresh stains. Any old leaf stain marks or rust spots did not removed by this power tool alone. I have been informed that Calcuim, Lime, Rust(CLR) would remove these kinds by a local concrete driveway company expert

I love this machine. I had an absolute blast with it. The only thing I would recommend to other people is read the manual cover to cover unless you've used something like this before. I have not. It took me almost 4 hours and 15 minutes to clean the one side of my driveway because I didn't read about the different types of nozzles. My back was hurting. My neck was sunburned. Then I actually read about the nozzles and used the black turbo nozzle on the other half of the driveway. It was clean in about an hour. Now I'm just looking for things to pressure wash. It's fun.

I’m very happy with this pressure washer and it’s features.It made short work of cleaning and washing several type of jobs. I love how is not bulky is perfect size to store anywhere.Very simple and easy to use and put on the accessories needed to complete the job. I really like the turbo nozzle they include on it and the several other spray patterns aswell We needed a small, lightweight and portable pressure washer after our old one died. We chose this one because we've had a great experience with our Ryobi string trimmer. We are very happy with this pressure washer. It made short work of cleaning our deck before painting, and we've used it for several other small jobs. The tank is easy to fill and put back in position, and the spray head has several spray patterns. And it's light enough for me to pick up and carry easily. Very light to pick up allowing you to carry it easily.

Perfect capabilities for my needs...I have two floor house with fence around, all covered in green algae living in South Florida. I’m new homeowner so I wasn’t sure what to get but HD’s sale guy recommended this model...with caution that I wouldn’t reach my second floor. I’ve used twice so far, each time about 2.5hrs. It does great job cleaning side wall and fence....even better I cleaned roof! I can’t reach second floor As expected. Some shortfalls - machine gets hot and shut down often after 2hrs of operation. Black soap tank on front is really stupid design, not only I can’t see inside but also it keeps popping out when I pull it over step, design is really poor (if you see photo of more expensive model the tank is raised....not this budget model) it’s probably matter of time this tank gets trashed. Overall this is a good machine for 170. It’s still cheaper than hiring someone.

On my second Ryobi powerwasher. The product really performs well and worked great for about 1.5 to 2 years then quit. No power. Done. I thought it was maybe a problem with the first one I purchased but the same thing happened to the second with only light use. 1.5 years it quit. Apparently I need to spend more money to have product last.

It is light enough to lift and put in the car. I have been pleased with the power of the unit as it has totally cleaned the pool area, siding, porch, etc!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used twice so far, really has great pressure!! One drawback water connection is made of what appears to be potash or plastic ... very loosely fit to the machine and has a bad leak. But motor is sound , hose and gun are good.

The washer gun started leaking after 2 years. Still in warranty. I asked couple of my local home depot stores, they all told me they dont fix Ryobi pressure washers. I had to call ryobi myself and the call never get through. So I ended up purchasing a new pressure washer gun myself even it is still in warranty. Attached image is the cracked part from the gun.

The 1st unit we had cracked the aluminum casting...bought another & this year we're experiencing the same as Averageguy...the gun cracked & doesn't shut off. We used it to clean a kids slide; worked fine when put away. We went to use...broke. It's been handled by 1 man operation and treated very kindly. Very disappointing

First couple of uses have been smooth, and no issues other than a little air in the hose that slowed the machines performance a little. but after it cleared, this machine worked flawless, trigger is easy to operate and tip changes are just as easy to swap. Pressure hose and cord management is nice as well, and a big factor in purchasing this unit. The turbo nozzle cuts tough jobs in half. The floor/surface cleaner was my biggest surprise, that thing is amazing! didn't think it would work that well, and its concentrated to the surface so mist or blow back is nothing, it literally floats over the surface.After cleaning the section in the attached photos, we had our garages cleaned a month later and I could still see where I cleaned with this surface cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to pressure wash my Deck to get it ready to stain. I have a old worn deck and I was surprise that it came out looking like it was new after pressure washing it one time. People told me it would take days. I also use that to wash my cars and to get the Mold off the side of the house It worked wonders without even using detergent. I would recommend it very highly.

The unit itself works great--especially with the turbo nozzle. But a couple of design features are questionable. First, the hose reel is just a reel. It does not have a supply line coming from the pump. That means you must unscrew the hose from the unit before you wind it up. Making that worse is the fact that the reel is mounted way too low and it's very difficult to wind up without the hose or hose connector getting stuck between the reel and the frame. I guarantee you will just end up loosely coiling the hose over the handle so you can keep it hooked up to the pump (see photo). The hose itself has way too much memory, and even after several hot days in the sun, the hose wants to tie itself in knots. Additionally, a small amount of soap mixes with the water even when using the power nozzles. I just unhook the soap hose now when I'm not using it. Finally, what rocket scientist specified the black soap tank? How about clear plastic?

We have bought two of these pressure washers because we HAD to have a pressure washer to clean outside log walls. The first machine worked for about two months before the pressure gun failed (unit would not shut off). We tried just replacing the pressure gun but the unit remained on anyway..We took it to a Ryobi recommended repair shop which kept it for a month and did nothing. Finally gave in and bought another pressure washer to finish up the part we had to do last summer. Fast forward to this summer the second unit seemed to work fine for about a month of every other day use for three hours..Today the pressure wand sprung a leak. The Ryobi website does not have the wand in stock so off to Home Depot to get a generic wand and hope for the best. If you buy one of these you might as well buy several replacement pressure guns because you will need them...sigh

Great for out of box.. but after second time it couldnt maintain pressure. Troubleshooted the normal culprits, but ended up just crapping out each time.

I literally got the pressure washer for about a week. (Tuesday June 9th) used it the next day and every day until Saturday because I wasH cars. Anyways it does not want to turn on anymore it says to use another outlet but that doesn’t seem to do the trick. Luckily, I still have warranty and will be returning it. I really liked it but now I’m skeptical to get it again.

I have a very big patio and it has so much grass in between the cracks it was ugly. I even purchased the round broom thing that goes on the bottom! My sister just borrowed it and said this was awesome. I am very very happy with this purchase. Highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this power washer for about a month and has handled every task I have given it. I have power washed the house, patio, walkways, sidewalk, cars and more. Each time the results exceeded my expectations. I wish I had taken more before & after pictures but you get the idea with the sidewalk pictures I have included. I am sure one of the larger gas powered models would do more and probably do it faster but I have replaced all of my gas powered tools and will never look back. So in addition to long hose you need an extension cord as well, a very minor inconvenience to say the least. This electric model has enough power for typical around the house tasks. One advantage to being electric is the machine is quiet and when you are squeezing the trigger the motor is off and silent. The only negative I can mention is the hose reel. You have to take the entire hose off of the reel to use the machine and winding the hose back on the reel is a tad cumbersome. This is a minor issue but should be noted.

It’s a great pressure washer and we even ordered the extended brush for it! Love it would buy again!!
