Everything worked well with the exception of the battery being bad. Error signal on the charger. Luckily I had another battery.

Pros: It spays great, it reaches about 10 feet. Has different nozzles for different applications. Cons: I was surprised just how heavy this was before adding any water. I am unable to use it as a backpack. I wish the hose was longer so I could put it something with wheels and roll it around my yard (I have an acre).

I bought two of these sprayers. I used both of them exactly twice and now neither one of them work at all. Where can I take them to get them repaired?

Wow, this thing works better than my 12-volt 15 gallon sprayer mounted on my 4-wheeler. It’s quite powerful and has a spray range of 10ish feet with a strong stream of liquid coming out. It’s quiet too. You can adjust the sprayer intensity too via a twisty non. With 4 gallons of liquid and the weight of the unit, it can be a heavy unit to tote around, but manageable. One battery will power this unit for many gallons before needing to be recharged. The shoulder straps are of good quality.

First one and second were dead out of the box. Yes, I had fully charged the battery, and the pump sound could be heard but didn't spray.

Had to buy 3 before getting one that actually worked.

I use this thing one summer now I can’t get it to do anything bought a new battery thinking it was. The battery still does not work piece of crap. Please don’t waste your money.

Sprayer hasn’t worked right. Won’t maintain pressure and won’t empty. Waste of money

I really like this product, spray very evenly and good pressure overall. I’m able to entire yard for about 5000 square foot with one tank of chemical

did not work!! Home depot people was going to charge me $20..00 more to replace it when I did not get one drop out of it.

Beyond good!!! There's like 3 things to assemble and the battery is protected by a cover. The Sprayer is powerful and can reach, by my approximation, 3-4 ft and while spraying weeds, I didn't have to "step into" the weeds to cover all the ground needed. The hardest part is strapping the unit on. With 4 gal., its very heavy but you should rest the unit somewhere you can strap on without holding the entire unit up. I would also recommend a 4Ah battery.

I bought this and returned several times. As a commercial customer, this is not good at all.

Out of box failure. Bought first one at end of season on sale and did not test it rightaway. Opened it up this season, filled with water. Inserted battery, turned knob on side, you can hear pump, nothing would come out!! No kinks in hose. Took handle off hose. Still nothing. Since i bought last year a $149 paperweight. Bought second one online. Repeated the same process, second one did not work. Called Ryobi, did the call back option, 4 hours later I get a call back. All they said was bring it back to the depot. Very disappointed

Wanted to do some roundup this season to take care of the spring weeds but when I started, the nozzle leaked everywhere!! I reinstalled several times, rinsed with water in case debris was caught in there, but nothing worked. Very disappointed in this because I wanted it to work so badly.

No more pulling on the handle to get pressure. Went through 24 gallons battery is still good.

The sprayer works very well. I use it for lots of household functions and it has always performed well.

Great product, but I’m on my 3rd one in 3 years. The hose continues to break where it connects to the tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just bought this today so I’ve only used it one time but it was absolutely effortless! I’m so used to using a pump sprayer that I couldn’t believe how simple this was and wondered why I didn’t do this years ago! The unit is simple to set up, fill with chemicals, use, clean up and store. I probably won’t know how durable it is until I use it for a year or so but it seems very well-made and I had absolutely no issues at all. Also, the fact that it has a three-year limited warranty is a plus! And all my other 18v Ryobi batteries work with this as well. I’d highly recommend this product!

Too much plastic. Wand is all plastic that started leaking at the valve. It was still usable until the want burst at the worst possible time when i had the unit full of dyed chemical. It sprayed all over me! Save your money and buy a better unit.

The first one I got didn’t work. I took it back to get my money back. I thought about it this is the first Ryobi product I had gotten that didn’t work. So I switched it out. Love it. Did the yard in about 30 minutes.
