It's very user friendly. It's easy to start, and is quiet. But the best part is the electronic digital display, which tells you how much running time you have, and if you are exceeding your wattage limit.

Purchased last year in Aug. to use during weekend projects. Worked great for the first 3 months and slowly it became harder to start. Now it will start for a moment then shuts down. after reading many reviews it appears that the carbs idle needle gets clogged easy. Took appart carb but was unable to clean the needle with standard carb cleaning tools since it was so small. Liked the generator at first...now i'll call to see what roybi will do. Have a Craftman pressure washer 8 years old...have never had to take carb apart, a little hard to start, but runs like a champ once started. Hope i can get it fixed. Had put in a ticket via e-mail and they gave me a incident number, that was the 23 may 2020. No responce, i've tried calling and i get due to the high call volume....call back later If you have issue with this product...good luck. Don't expect to get help...it ain't coming. Started right up, I ran a refrigerator a deep freezer a fan and charged a phone all at once.

Bought this last night and was so excited to set this up and try the Bluetooth and test this thing out. Last one at my Home Depot store so I cannot exchange this for another because I have one with the sputtering engine. So bad it does within 5 seconds and won’t try to start again for a few cranks. So now I have to try and fix this myself? Do I void the warranty by taking apart the carburetor? This really should have worked out of the box. Once this is working I will update this review because I would like to be one of the happy ones with a positive review on this item.

Bought two both did not work!!! Bad product!!!!

First time using the generator it started sputtering. Would have been amazing other the that.

I now have 2 of these and linked together power the a/c and microwave in my trailer.

Followed all instructions the first time and tested fine. When I went to test it again just over a month after the first test and the generator doesn't idiot on the run model. Only will run on chock. Now I get to try to get my money back. Absolutely worthless and as other reviews state just spend the extra money on an Honda. Believe me you don't want to purchase this generator unless you want to deal with a worthless generator that you might need during an emergency.

It was easy to set up, the crankcase oil opening was accessible, and it started with the first pull. The bluetooth/app feature is also pretty cool, you can monitor the generator loads and run time remaining from a distance, and even shut it down from the app. The pull handle/wheels is nice.

Gasoline was pouring out the carburetor.

I was leaking gas everywhere, then after that would not start, had to send it back, I'm hoping it was a fluke, but you had no more avail at store or online, had to go with competitor..... It should have been Quality Checked from Factory not sure what happend.

quiet, powerful, compact, efficient and started on the first pull. I like the estimated run hours and load indicator.

So far so good. Filled with oil (provided with generator) threw in some gas and fired right up. Bluetooth functionality is nice. Nice and quiet even under load. Time will tell what the value is compared to other brand everyone has been chasing.

The unit that was delivered would not start. I followed all instructions about adding oil and fuel but it would not fire. I returned it to my local Home Depot store and got a refund. I think I'll go back to Hondas.

About a month after purchasing this generator I had a 2.5 day power outage due to a wind storm. It started easily and ran quietly the first time I needed to use it. I used it to power a refrigerator and a separate freezer as well as some phone chargers for the entire outage.

Quietest generator that I have ever ran.

Worked first try and has more then enough power for what I need.

The generator is quite and does the job expected. With auto idle control on, the engine will drop below its full RPM to a lesser RPM when not heavily loaded, but not anywhere close to an idle. The governor is real sensitive which can cause the engine speed to surge when a significant load change is applied, but will eventually stabilize. The auto idle control can be disabled which will cause it to run at a constant speed more similar to a traditional generator which can help it to better manage the starting and stopping of larger loads. Overall it is a great portable generator that operates very efficiently and quietly.

Set up was easy and the generator works exactly how i need it to. I love that it can be turned off remotely or with a timer. Just wish the Bluetooth had a little further range.

Starts right up,good power-Just what I needed!

I love it! Ran it for 2 hours and changed oil out with some Royal Purple and it is smooth as silk now!

The optional bluetooth controls on the app made this unit really useful.
