I picked this up in the store and noticed it did not look like original Ryobi string or the picture on the website but it hand Ryobi branding so I took it anyway. I started my first spool today and it's awful. It's frail and doesn't last, but the worst thing is that the middle third of the spool was wound wrong and wouldn't auto feed. I want my money back. I think the only way to get real Ryobi string is to order it from Ryobi. Real Ryobi string is a different color of blue and it's thicker.

Great product Easy perfect

Bought the three pack of string for the new Ryobi grass trimmer. Easy to put on the trimmer, but its junk. Hubby only was able to use the machine a few minutes and the spool was finished. There is nothing in the description on homedepot.com or on the package of how much string is on the spools. The string also broke off in many places in the yard. One spool, the string came out all tangled. Ryobi customer service just said just return it to the store. Waste of money.

For twenty bucks I expect string that is not delaminating and breaking all the time making a simple trim an exasperating and time-consuming chore.

Never again will I buy anything from Ryobi. Too expensive And does NOT work

This spool is small and compact which makes replacing it very easy.

Each spool lasts about 1 1/2 hrs.of weeding. Three stars given because of the price $17.49. Way too spendy.

This is much easier than trying to do it myself by buying a huge spool and refiling empty used ones, which doesn't work too well since I'm an old lady (who is too weak too use a lawn mower) and my hands aren't as strong as a machine. Good product. I use these to keep my front lawn in order, and they never let me down. I've encouraged my 91-year-old mother to use her electric string trimmer to cut her back lawn and that's made her life a lot easier.

This spool is made for the Ryobi trimmer. This is much easier to use that trying to put new string on the spool

It didn't always spool out clean. Has to stop frequently to undo kinks in spool.

I have used this since purchasing a weed whipper and it works great

The line keeps getting stuck. It looks like get overheated ans melt togeather. I have to stop about every 10 minets to get to working again.
