[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So right out of the box, I flattened 2 of my tires, took the shrader valves out, no air @ all. Aired both of the 31x10.50x15's up to 35 PSI in 25 minutes. Did take some battery changes, waiting for refill time, sometimes to full, sometimes to half way. I'm definitely taking this w/ me everywhere.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've bought two of these compressors for airing tires at our fleet inspections. They work really well. The first was 2 years ago. I just recently purchase a new one when I moved to a new location which was using a wired compressor that failed last week. The 2nd one was to replace the failed 120V pancake from HF.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this along with a few other Ryobi items to have with us here at the house as well as to take with us on road trips. Made putting up our WELCOME sign 1"x2" ////\\\\ boards an absolute breeze!! I've since used it 100 times more than the large compressor in the shop because of how portable it is. Batteries lasted for 4 floaties on the last battery light too so that was a huge bonus.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was tired of trying to carry around my 5 gallon compressor which was so heavy it almost needs two people and it would not start if using an extension cord. I got this 1 gallon compressor for the smaller jobs around the house, deck etc and it is truly an amazing product. It even has enough capacity to run my framing nailer, just for a few nails here and there. It runs forever when using it on my finishing nailer and furniture staple nailer. It is far quieter than I expected as well. I paired it with a recoil hose.

This little air compressor is an absolute gem! It doesn't put out anywhere near the volume of a corded compressor, but it provides enough air for a small nail gun, my air brushes, filling balls and tires, and blowing stuff off. Not having to drag an extension cord out is a game changer. I do have corded compressors as well, but I find that I don't use them outside of the garage because of the inconvenience of getting out the extension cord. This is my most used compressor BY FAR.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got one and already impressed with weight and time for pressure recovery. This unit is perfect for small projects, pump tires, balloons, a little cleaning, etc. Dont expect to run impact wrenches and you'll be satisfied too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air compressor specifically to provide compressed air for indoor specimen testing. I needed to have a compressor that I could control, it needed to be small enough to be carried into and out of controlled conditioning rooms, not loud, good air controls, automatic controls. Wow, this little compressor was exactly what I needed to provide a constant controllable air supply.

I was a little skeptical about whether this would be worthwhile, or just sit on the shelf. I use this all the time for checking tires. Even though I have a good air compressor it’s just quicker and easier to grab this instead. I even used it for a air stapler for shingles on a shed roof, worked great. I added a 25 ft hose some accessories for a convenient package. I’ve read some issues but I followed the break in procedure and have had no issues after 2 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this air compressor about 6 months ago and it has Pulled my butt out of the fire Plenty of times I run hotshot All over the 48 States About my only drawback with it is I wish I had the 9ah batteries But they're kind of expensive for me to purchase But at least I have the 4ah batteries they do OK I carry 6 on my truck at all timesAnd the compressor's not the only tool I have the impact of flashlight And about 9 other tools I use with the 18v

I strongly enjoy using it as much as I can. It’s very compact and portable, works very well with the recommended tools as suggested. I love ryobi tools and have purchased more than 24 cordless tolls on the hp plus line up. I have used most of them through the last 5 years and strongly recommend anyone purchasing power tools to ryobi. You guys at ryobi are always coming up with new products and accessories that not only innovative, but come up with new ways to make from either renovating a home to lawn care and house hold cleaning tools. Not only that I prefer them to other tools out there like Dewalt and Milwaukee tools. I strongly stick to my Ryobi tools cause cause they either out perform other rivals in precision and accuracy. Also at another benefit to other competitors you are more reasonably priced not only on tools but also batteries as well. I look forward to other products you will come up with in the future and will continue my business with ryobi. Keep up with the fantastic work and being more innovative every day.

I read many good & bad reviews before buying this compressor and I went ahead purchasing anyways. This is one of the best tool I ever have. It's small & easy to carry around for quick jobs. A 25 ft air hose will fit nicely if you put the way I show.

This little compressor works great for trim and small jobs. It's light and much quieter than a bigger compressor. You can only use a 4AH battery or higher. Also, it doesn't eat up that battery, it lasts a long time. I put down flooring in our hallway and use this little guy for the trim and I did it all on one battery. I would definitely recommend this tool.

I bought this little guy a month ago. Can carry to any location without hassle.

I bought this about a month ago and I purchased it for the portability I have only one product that I will be using this on and it’s three in one Brad nailer and also other Art things around the house

I HAVE USED THIS FOR 8 MONTHS AIRING UP TWO CAR TIRE THAT GOES DOWN ABOUT EVERY TWO WEEKS. THE REGULATOR IS A LITTLE HARD TO SET.

Purchased this for small jobs around the house an shop. It’s super easy to grab an go. Works well on car an truck tires. Bikes pool toys. Also has the power to drive a nail gun. It’s another great addition to my ever growing collection. Definitely has 101 uses.

Impressive build quality, compact size, and portability. Shown sitting on top of a tool box with about 10.5' of 3/8" rubber hose (12' would be perfect). Capable of just 0.5 SCFM @ 90 PSI, this small compressor is still much faster and more powerful than the little worn-out P731 inflator that it replaced. I miss the digital air pressure control of the P731, but with the P739 I have gained a regulator. Not the same thing, but useful. My application is mostly just filling up tires, and now I can also do small jobs with a regulated, high-pressure blow gun. The price is high compared to other small compressors, but the cordless One+ capability helps justify the cost. This doesn't come with a hose, and finding one in the right length can be difficult depending on your application. Those at my local HD were longer than I wanted. Fortunately, HF stocks 3/8" "remnants" ranging in 8-15' lengths that are just about perfect for this size compressor. You don't normally need a long hose when the compressor is this portable! If I were using this to run a small brad or finish nailer (unlikely since completely cordless and HOSE-less One+ nail guns are available), I would opt for a 25' 1/4" poly hose, which HD does stock and would probably still fit on the hose-wrap hooks.

The Ryobi portable air compressor did not require any assembly; it was all in one piece. It has a carrying handle and is very easy to use. I first used it to air up my tires in my mountain bike and later to put air in my car tires. It took almost a third of the battery power to do those two projects. While airing up the car tires it would only get to 50 or 60 PSI. The regulation knob should be able to crank up to 120 PSI as advertised. On the plus side it is lightweight(14 pounds) and portable. I have purchased a battery and charger already, as these were not included. For the price this is a good air compressor. It has a three year manufacturer's warranty.

I've had it for about a year and it works great. The one issue is that it clogs up with some white powder. I'm not sure what causes this though to fix it you have to disable the regulator valve, and ironically, use compressed air to clean it out.

Can't fill a car tire to 40lbs. In no less than 15min. OK for bicycle tires lawn mowers

Have not used it yet but expect it to work as well as the other Ryobi tools I have
