This buffer was a lifesaver when waxing 42 foot 5th wheel camper.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this orbital buffer to buff my classic cars which I do usually before a car show. I have 5 classic restored cars and in excellent showroom condition and this buffer makes the job quick and easy. I also use the buffer on my new new C8 Corvette hardtop convertible, I buff with waterless wash and ceramic polish at least every three weeks.

Works amazingly to compound / buff the car(s). Needs 1&1/2 of battery charge for a small car and 2 battery charges for small SUV’s.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I’ve bought because I used the first one so much I wore it out after 3 years! I’ve used my first one once every two weeks or more on multiple vehicles at one time every time! It works great with, 1. Waxes and polishes that corrects the paint safely without burning and 2. Applying a glaze to seal up the newly corrected paint. Just change the microfiber bonnets. Easy at that. Wide 10 in buffer width allows easy complete coverage even in corners and divots.

The tool performs well. My advice is to use a 4mh battery or higher. The tool tends to bog down on anything lower. For the price, it's a touch down!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a 12" corded orbital buffer and it was heavy, not to mention having to make sure the cord didn't ruin the polishing that I had just completed. Using this was a breeze. Even with the larger battery, this was lighter and easier to use.

Ready to rock out of the box. My 2016 began showing signs of oxidation. Mostly on the door. Used Meguiar’s oxidation remover (49) followed by Meguiar’s Flagship Marine Wax and my door shines like new. The Ryobi works great. Very little effort and awesome results. Will use it on all my toys Nd vehicles. Highly recommend.. Before and after picks attached. Looks like new!!

After my 10 year old electric buffer bit the bullet, I bought this buffer yesterday and polished both our car and our truck. So easy, so convenient, so quick and dispute some of the reviews more than enough power using the 1.5 amp power source with only one battery charge. Between the tools Ryobi produces, at the price point they produce (always look at their promotions) and best customer service available (I received quick and complete customer service one time when I did have a problem on another item) I can not justify going elsewhere.

I was looking for a decent orbital buffer - and since I have a number of Ryobi One+ tools, the cordless option seemed like it would be worth trying. We started rubbing out a bumper surround by hand, but the surface area was just too much. The orbital sander was just the ticket for making fast work of the rubout and polishing and the results were great. I did end up purchasing several pad covers - it makes changing out easier and cleaner.

This product is the best! I have used a few buffer in the past and this product is the best I have used. The fact that it is cordless and it’s light weight to handle even my 6 year old daughter can handle it. I am glad that purchase this product!

I have all Ryobi tools and i loved with it. I want to have your product in my country

Loved it! Pretty strong, never bogged down for three applications I was using it for (compounding and polishing a car). Battery life was good. So far I'm very happy with it.

This is by no means a "professional" buffer. It doesn't spin very fast and will slow down when applying pressure, but it gets the job done and it does it well especially at it's price point. It's not heavy and one 18 volt battery lasted the entire time applying and buffing meguiars cleaner wax. For a wireless buffer I'd say you would be hard pressed to find one at the same price point that would do a better job. Would recommend.

I have several other Ryobi tools and have been satisficed with them. This 10 battery powered buffer proved it's use after just a few minutes. Not having the cord to deal with was a blessing. The liquid Turtle wax Ice product was the perfect combination. I picked up a couple of extra microfiber pads, one low and one high nap for the process and the results were very good. Saved a lot of time and improved the hand wax results. Nice job RYOBI.

I take really good care of my cars and have never put a buffer on them at least until now. My larger vehacle is a 2003 Tubdra and could take an hour or so to wax using the Turtle wax Ice products. with this buffer and hand touching the tighter spots I was able to wax the truck in about half the time and with a better result. no more circel rubbing for an hour. It olny took five minutes for me to realize, cordless is the way to go. Runs slower with the smaller Ryobi battery and faster with the bigger pack so if you adjust the speed accordingly. There is no speed adjustment on the polisher. Pick up a couple of nice microfiber polishing pads. I only used one low nap for the application and one high nap for the removal then I hand wash the pads with Dawn, dry then re-box the unit until next time.. ... Dirt Dog

Easy to use lightweight does the job

I am always pleased with ryobi products. The buffer worked great and exactly what I was expecting. Was able to easily clean up my daughters hood after getting overspray from road work. Had tried doing it by hand prior and what a huge effort that was... using the ryobi buffer took a few minutes and was effortless with the compound. Great tool would recommend.

This buffer is great for waxing your automobile or boat. Has excellent run time with the 4ah batteries. It’s for sure another must have ryobi product.

Powerful, ready and no effort to use. Got this first week of August as a replacement for an aged plug-in buffer which I used for my current and previous vehicle detailing. It was easy to get the included applicator and buffer pads onto the buffing wheel and the handles felt easy and effortless to hold (even with one hand). I was able to complete an entire vehicle on one charge with two bars left (using a 18V ONE+ HIGH CAPACITY LITHIUM+ 4ah BATTERY).

The buffer is perfect to save your arm especially when you want to be sure not to burn or put swirl marks in that expensive paint job. The buffer with the right compound did an awesome job that continued to allow me to maintain that new car shine! Thanks Ryobi!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a month ago and finally got to use it on my new Ram 1500. Works Great. Preforms as advertised. My truck is so shiny the reflection of the surroundings makes it look dull. Picture quality is also dulled. But rest assured my truck looks great and the Ryobi 10" Orbital Auto Buffer made my job all the more easy. Only used it to remove the wax coating... next time I will try using it to apply wax. May need more clothes, extra batteries for large vehicles are required.
