I love this Ryobi combo kit – it's made my sanding tasks so much smoother. The random orbit sander gives a fantastic finish, and the Corner Cat handles all the nooks and crannies perfectly. They're both comfortable to use and being cordless is a huge bonus. My only small gripe is the dust collector. It tends to pop off during use, creating a bit of a mess. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely a bit annoying.

It is an okay sander. Bought to refinish a dining room table. I can not even get through sanding 1/3 of the table before I have to put it back on the charger. That causes a 1+ hour delay in this project....multiply that by 6 (80 grit then 120 grit) and I have wasted an entire day. Since refinishing the table was my entire plan for the weekend, I am not pleased. I will be returning this. :( I will do a little more homework next time.

Much more power than a similar size polisher. Sands better than a sheet samder.

Just put in a front deck and this worked perfectly to smooth out the edges. Will use it to prep the deck for stain next.

What a time-saver, and how good the orbital sander is...much better than I used to do by hand. And the price is well worth it!!

This combo kit is perfect for light sanding jobs and the finish sander is perfect to get in those hard to get to corners

Both of these sanders are great, especially considering the super low cost relative to other options. The random orbit sander is imo the better of the two, and when paired with a dust extractor the performance takes a significant and impressive step up. The corner cat is solid as well, but no possibility to pair with a dust extractor and I found it a little tougher to apply even pressure with. A year and dozens of hours of use later and they’re both working like new.

Wish there was an adapter to connect to my Ryobi wet/dry vacuum.

A little nicer unit than the 5 year old Ryobi sander that this one is replacing. A bit less vibration in the hands. I liked the straight dust port on the old one better than the current tapered version. I've knocked the dust collector off this one multiple times.

It's a pretty good and convenient device.

The ryobi orbital sander is comfortable in your hand and works very well, the sandpaper hook and loop system is very user friendly, the best part is the interface with all the other ryobi tools, the dust bag has a nice firm fit and also very useful vacuum attachment, the on/off switch works well even while wearing gloves, run time is also great even on a 1.5ah battery. This is a great tool for the price and quality is outstanding, the weight distribution is very good, I'd definitely recommend it
