True, I’ve only had it a week. But I’ve used it quite a bit in that time and so far it works flawlessly. Really speeds up any projects that would require an ordinary ratchet. Also, the price was right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this to change the water pump on my car. The extended reach got me into the right spots. The torque removed all of the bolts with no problem. Very easy to use & handy.

This tool has been a lifesaver on many bolts, and I’ve had it for just two weeks. I love that I can use it with all my Ryobi batteries.

Great tool reaches to tough spots the head swivels is a game changer with plenty of power.

So I bought this to work on a crankshaft position sensor for a chevy and let me tell you this sob's worked at getting those bolts off that I needed to remove. 3 days just to put a socket on the bolt but nothing to reach in far enought witg the torque to break and remove exceot this tool. Thanks Ryobi. Appreciate ya.

Great Ratchet nice new design allowing rotation of head to offset the battery unit for hard to reach areas.

I love not how quick I can get chores done with my ratchet and love not pinching my fingers etc...

Used it several times on my vehicles. Replaced a water pump and it cut the time by over half. Excellent handy tool in my tool box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this tool on both the car and the boat and it is perfect for removing nuts in hard to reach places and has plenty of torque to run them on or off. Tight fasteners may need additional hand torque for initial loosening but there seems to be plenty of strength in the tool to allow this and the additional length helps with leverage. I also like the rotating head that allows you to set the battery in different positions depending on available access and the bright LED worklights really work well. I have a large number of Ryobi One+ tools and they have all served me very well. Keep up the good work!

Loved this ratchet until it broke less than 1 year of having it. Reached out to customer service and they have done nothing to help. They cannot get ahold of the service center they suggested to get my tool back. It’s been almost 4 months. The warranty on the tool is a bigger hassle than it’s worth.

I needed a power ratchet tool for automotive work (I suffer from Arthritis), this tool had more than adequate torque and was very easy to hold.

My new favorite tool! It made an engine rebuild a lot easier

Definitely bulky, but it has plenty of power and has worked well for me so far.

Irish Ryobi could develop a smaller battery for these kind of tool

I was impressed with the torque of this tool, It’s perfect for areas I can get to with my Ryobi impact .

This is a pretty good power ratchet, used it to change the blades on my mowers, then found out it could be used to raise and lower the spare tire on the minivan. Very useful that the head rotates as the spare tire is located between the seats under the front end.

Doesn’t have a lot of torque. It cuts power as soon as it get hard.
