Does just what it is supposed to do. Very happy with it. Able to remove some screws my "regular" (non-impact) drill could not, and gets screws in tight.

Terrible life span
I've got three of these and they are all dead now. Granted they are a couple years old but Li-Ion batteries are "supposed" to have a longer life span. I've got one more and for now it's working but I'm expecting any day now for it to suddenly die out. On the upside, their higher voltage Ryobi battery I have seems to have a longer life span.

This battery does not last long at all. I charges it up fully prior to the first use. The battery life is barely 20 minutes. Don’t recommend!

Replacement battery and charger for older existing unit. I like my Ryobi+ Weed Eater which uses this particular battery. I replaced both because either the charger (5+ years old) or the battery (battery I suspect) were not providing the power for even a fifteen minute long operation. I will test the older battery with the new charger and see. In any event, I am happy with Ryobi and their product line.
