Love it. Provides angle position for horizontal use that makes it easier on my back. Acts like a curved wand extention. I dont know why but together with the Ryobi Turbo Nozzle im getting a noticeable stronger pressure out of the nozzle which is great. Using with 2500 psi washer.

With an extension on my washer, this needs to be held onto with both hands as it kicks back.Did the job I needed it for.

Works wonderful, gets into places I could not get before , cuts down time

It works but it only turns to 45* angles not a full 90* angle which makes sense when dealing with water under pressure but may want to also get a single spray angle tip to go with it rather than the multi-spray tip as can spin a bit when holding it at certain angles at higher pressures.

EXCELLENT performance and great build quality. Based on some of the negative reviews, I was initially a bit hesitant to buy. Some reviewers complained about the pivot point being loose, causing the tip to flop from side-to-side. However, I didn't experience this, as the tension at the pivot point was perfect - even in operation with my 3000 PSI pressure washer. The pivoting was ideal for pressure washing a large deck, as it enabled better ergonomics, less bending over and so forth. Word for the wise: given some of the negative reviews about the loose pivot point, open the package at the store and verify that pivoting works correctly. Mine worked perfectly.

This is my second, the first lasted about 3 years and started leaking at the swivel, I assume the o ring gave out and dose not appear to be serviceable, all in all for the money and the convenience of being able to spray at different angles this has worked well. I hope this next one will last

Works really well. This directional coupler is makes cleaning the house a lot easier.

Needs to have a means of securing/locking in place at the coupling where it connects to the wand nozzle, and also at the 90 degree pivot points. These points spin and/or move freely, which results in poor performance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought a new Ryobi 2800 washer and I love it. Thought this pivot coupler was a great idea and a must have. Tried to use it once and it does not hold postion but spins around freely, so unable to control direction. The quick connect idea does not work!!

This adapter was very helpful in getting under the eves and on top of the retaining wall. Very Helpful coupler.

When used with the 5 in 1 head it does not work well. There is no way to lock it in place so the combination of the weight of the 5 in 1 head and water pressure, this thing won't stay in place. I plan to return.

The pivoting coupler enabled me to direct the power washer stream almost perpendicular to the house siding when I was reaching high above my head. That angle is more effective in cleaning off mildew and embedded dirt from the siding.

Able to clean outside of gutters.

Help give a better angle in power washing instead of have to hold the wand at the angle needed.

I'm not a fan of Ryobi, generally it's not a professional grade product. Home depot had another swivel attachment on the shelf a couple weeks ago, which is what I was looking for, but it looks like it has been removed now. I would have purchased the Dewalt if it was out. I have't tried the Ryobi yet
