I have this open at about 100 degrees and noticed parts of my lawn drying out. I tested it with 3 gauges placed 10 ft from the sprinkler head at different areas around the radius. The center of the radius got like 10x the water as the edges. See picture.

I don't know what to say. these things are terrible. Put 10 of them in my new lawn and I've spent a week trying to get them to work properly. They just will not spray evenly. They seem to spray nicely at anything under 90degrees but once I'm at 180degress they don't spray evenly. See picture. Maybe a non-adjustable fixed angle pop up sprinkler would work better.

Works great for watering low ground-cover and shrubs where you need extra height. I used drip irrigation previously but switched back to in-ground spray heads due to hassles raking around and continually breaking drip lines. Rain Bird pop-up heads are much more durable and retract when not in use making it easier to rake to clean up around plant beds. Rain Bird pop-up sprinklers also work great with both Raid Bird Rotary and Hunter MP Rotator nozzles.

Same problem as others. Leaks at the base of the stem substantially resulting the the stem not extending all the way. Bought 8 of them and they are all going back. First time buying sprinkler heads, last time buying a Rain Bird product.

Used as a replacement for one that cracked after 7 years of use. Easy to adjust and install.

These Rain Bird dual spray sprinklers are great. Perfect replacement for old or broken sprinklers. They work as advertised, are easy to adjust, and the price is right. I would recommend these sprinklers to anyone who needs a reliable, durable and well priced replacement sprinkler.

Modestly-price head that gets the job done.

Very good sprinklers when you initially install them, but i find that i need to change them every year.
