The sprinkler head was easy to install. I only needed one right now but I bought eight to get free shipping. I probably should’ve just did curbside pick up and bought one. It seems to be functioning OK after a couple weeks.

Six of eight heads defective. do not rise full four inches. geyser water up topside screw slot. Uff !

The one issue I have encountered is the older rainbird products that I was replaced utilized a 3/4 in female fitting. These new heads utilize a 1/2 in fitting. Fortunately I was able to purchase some adapters made by Spears company to allow me to simply unscrew the older non-rotating head and replace it with the new head plus adapter. Home Depot nor Rainbird carry the adapters or mention them so I'm lowering my rating based on that it will be a common issue encountered by customers looking to replace older stripped gear sprinkler heads. I've installed two so far this week and they are working well.

Rain Bird Rotor Sprinkler Heads were very easy to adjust and install. They work exactly as advertised. I am very satisfied with them.
