Like others have said, this was a simple fix. Our sprinkler system is about 10 years old, and all of a sudden stuff starts leaking. First, we replaced all three of our solenoids and that fixed one of the issues. Then one of the diaphragms started leaking, only we didn't know what to call it. First, I opened it up and did a thorough cleaning (like some guy said to do on YouTube). Wifey did a web search for the problem and found others who said THIS was it. So I bought three of these diaphragm replacement kits. I installed one of them where the leak was, and VIOLA! Leak be gone! I've got the other two 'at-the-ready' for the next fix. Maybe in the spring. It was getting a bit chilly tonight, and it was already past cocktail hour. I have my priorities.

Easy installation to repair leaking valve
Easy to install in my 11-year-old RainBird irrigation control valves. The original diaphragms began to leak and spray water, when activated, near the guide holes in 3 valves after about 10+ years of use. Replacing the diaphragms completely solved the leak problem.
After removing the 6 Philips head screws, was tempted to pry the sealed stuck assembly apart with a screwdriver. Fortunately, I worked the stuck assembly apart, then pealed the old diaphragm off by hand, only. Using a screwdriver might have damaged the assembly diaphragm seal.

The installation was easy and I am sure the valves...
The installation was easy and I am sure the valves are working better with the new diaphragms. However, my leak was further upstream (didn't know that at the time I ordered the kits) and thus will require additional effort to repair. Still, the kits are solid.

Leaky Sprinklers - this is the fix
sprinklers leaking water... this kit fixed my leaky sprinklers. very easy to do. I did it with a phillips screwdriver, 1 kit per valve, turned off water source, removed the screws around the valve, removed the old diaphragm with the spring, installed the new diaphragm and new spring, tightened the new screws and turned on the water and no more leaky sprinklers.
