Easy to install and the dial settings are easy to adjust. The length of wire must be over 20 feet and so it should rech the ground from any roof position. Works well with my Rainbird irrigation system and is better than my old one of 28 years.

Functionality works as intended ... shuts off sprinkler system with sufficient rainfall. Would be nice if they offered a white painted version with a white wire option. Most soffit & fascia is white ... yet this item is silver and gray with a gray wire. This makes for an unsightly appearance when installed.

Poor instructions as to how to adjust the sensor for amount of rain and drying time. It worked once and now it won’t turn on my system. Not sure if I would buy this again.

Replacement is working perfect Wish I had done this long ago.

The rain sensor was a pretty easy install..seems to be working fine.

The installation was fairly easy, and it appears to be working.

So far so good. There is a delay in it turning off the sprinkler system once rain starts. I found that I was able to use one sensor for two timers.

I had a friend install it for me, but he have no problems. I live in Phoenix, AZ and we don’t get muchrain so we set it at 1/8 of an inch. We did get a little rain after instillation and it cut down the run time. I think it will be great.
