I’ve had mine for around a year. I was looking for something big, and yes it fills the space. Its easy to turn on and adjust the flame, however any breeze over 10 mph blows it out. You need a calm night to keep it burning. Also, the cover is sturdy, but started to crack after we installed it. RF sent me a new one, and that one started cracking soon after (design flaw). I bought some fire glass to make it pop at night. Overall, I like it, just wish there were more affordable options for natural gas.

Overall product has done what it says and fits nicely with the patio. I wish there were more choices for "natural gas" fire pits. NG has to be fitted by a certified plumber et al which did add to the expense -safety first!

I think it is a nice fire pit if you live in mild temperatures. It is very nice in the looks department. I honestly had more expectations of better heat given off though. You need to be resting with your cold parts as close as you can without burning your short hairs to feel any heat at all. Unfortunately, if you are too close and your close parts begin to sag because of finally gaining a little warmth, you had better be in the part of the fire where the circle doesn't actually close as your parts drop or you're going to have a burnt "marshmallow". Why did Real Flame not complete the fire ring to begin with....weird. Oh well, the pit is in and it's not worth moving. I just order a patio heater to accompany the half worth fire pit. Two halves make a whole right?

This fireplace looks even better in person. It's sleek and clean and have a great look. The fire ring is not completely round - it only goes 90% of the circle. But it still has a lovely flame. I would buy it again.
