Frankly I wanted to buy a plastic tank but the local HD was out, so bought 2 of these. Very heavy duty, which I like. The provided funnel is a bit wonky to get on. I haven't poured any gas out yet to say how well it works but I think it'll be fine.

Unablw to fill at gas station
Very difficult to insert gas station filling nozzel into opening in gas can. Will return gas can. I can not recommend this product.

Type 1 safety can for gasoline storage and dispensing
Much safer than standard plastic cans with flimsy vapor control mechanisms. While not perfect, allows good control of flow and has no-flash mesh screen installed to improve safety during use.
