The instruction on back say to hit head with hammer... do NOT do this this, the you ruin the threads and you will be waste all day thinking abou how to remove the nut and anchor.
USE a piece of scrap wood opposite of a hammer when inserting it.

Solid sleeve anchors that provide a good hold.
I installed two of these in cinder block wall (in the area of the block sidewalls and mortar and they held well. I drilled a 1/2" diameter hole and the fit was a bit tight, I would recommend a 9/16" bit, especially if you are screwing the bolt out more than an inch. I used these to secure an old 2x4 shelf bracket to the wall and they worked great.
