Beautiful chair, however does not meet my expectations. It simply vibrates, rather than massages. The heat is bare minimum. Not worth the price asked, and I’m considering returning it.

I knew this chair was inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Once I took it out of the box and saw how poorly it was constructed, I put it right back (without putting together) in & am returning it.

We didn’t realize the wood was as light as it was and it didn’t fit our decor so we EASILY returned it to our Home Depot and all was well. It was moderately easy to assemble. We thought it was a little smaller that it was in our room. The vibrations were nice but nothing special. A novelty mostly.
