Didn't fit my unit

This was installed on our 2nd Rheem we have installed in our home. The 1st one used a straight up and captured air from inside the garage. The new Rheem vented directly through the wall to the outside, with the air draw coming in the same tube. Very clean design and easy to install. It would have been nice to have a 'template' about where to drill through the wall (it requires a drop), but, with some simple math, I was able to accomplish it.

Easy to install with the Rheem tankless water heater we purchased

This item arrived a whole week sooner than anticipated! Fit perfectly and easy to install.

The vent kit went in easy and we needed to buy an extension because of the thick walls in our 1880s home which was an easy addition.

Arrived dented and very late.other than that, it was as described

This vent kit worked great. What I liked about it is that it’s pre-sloped for easier horizontal installation. The price was also good.

You told me i had 4 hrs 32 min to order for delivery today. This morning i get a text that says its on its way and will be delivered on the 11th not the 10th. Thanks i could have ordered it from another place that offered it for today. But you decided i didnt need it when i wanted, thanks for the lack of hot water today and tomorrow.

Great product but, the spacer needs to be sold separately from this kit, I finally find with another kit with the flashing.

It didn't latch on to the top of my tankless water heater. It was the same size as the water heater vent. It wasn't large enough to slide over and latch. After help from a HVAC friend, I was able to use it.

The product is good but Home Depot’s website says to call for installation but there is nobody in this state to install it. They also advertised a $300 rebate that doesn’t exist

Returned item, looked great, but HW heater came with its own exhaust system

would not work with a Rinnai tankless water heater even though it was listed on the HD website together with the tankless unit.

The entire concept of an air intake inside of an exhaust pipe is ridiculous. Extremely poor design, which will fail repeatedly.

I’m sure it’s a perfectly functional part however it doesn’t fit my unit. I got it because it was the suggested piece for my water heater.

Worked well with my Marey tankless heater
