Only had the product a few months but so far it works great,

Always had a hot water heater so no previous experience with a tankless water heater. Takes a while for water to heat after turning on hot tap but once water is hot it continues for as long as needed.

The on demand hot water is great. We have had it now for about 6 months.

Our Rinnai has been fantastic in saving money on electric bill. I like that it is so energy efficient using propane at a minimal cost. We have had it a little over a year. The only thing I dislike is the amount of time it takes for the hot water to travel from the garage where located to the master bath at the far end of the house.

Water Heater works as advertised. It has been on operation for about 1 year now.

I had the unit installed in my addition in October 2022. Some may not be able to handle the delay since Hot water isn't instantaneously at the faucet. I was aware of this and may be able to be eliminated if recirculation is utilized with the unit. After the wait, I'm elated that I now have an endless supply of hot water vs. 50 gallons. In addition, I didn't have to upgrade my electrical service by adding another hotwater heater for the addition to my home.

We installed and use two different Rinnai heaters, one upstairs and one downstairs, for ten years. And have recently installed a large Rinnai tankless water heater to replace a thirty-year-old electric tankless water heater. Rinnai products continue their excellence in economic/efficient performance, use, and dependability. We are glad that they are available in our world of increasing expenses.

Quick heat up and very quiet operation, Also fits in a small space

Direct replacement. Made install a breeze. Prior unit lasted 15ish years with heavy use. New unit is quiet and efficient.

It starts and stops immediately when hot water is used. My Rinnai keeps amazing temperature control and we have seen a drop in energy costs heating the water.

You may or may not get hot water. You never know and sometimes you just have to give up. It is very inconsistent. You waste way more money on water than you will ever save on gas. Just get a water heater with a tank to save money and frustration.

We have had the product since 2010 when we purchased the investment property. We replaced them in 2022 bc the heaters were outdated and needed to be upgraded. We went with Rinnai bc they are the easiest to use for tenants and very efficient.

We had a larger capacity Rinnai for 10 years. Upon downsizing to a smaller house, we were talked into a smaller model that was quite a less money. My biggest complaint is the noise. It is mounted in the garage on the back side of the kitchen. It sounds like a helicopter is hovering in the kitchen. Our old one was in the house (laundry room) and even when in there with it, it was a very subtle hum barely heard. Other than that, we are huge Rinnai fans. Love the fact that it only uses energy when in use. We travel and used to turn off our water heater tank while gone. Then we would forget to turn it on when arriving home, until shower time...

Unit works great! Installed relatively easily. Had no problems and it has been supplying all the hot water we need! I like the fact that it only runs when you are using the hot water and isn't constantly heating and maintaining a 40 gallon supply even when you aren't home!

I purchased a Rinnai RL75iP propane tankless water heater from HomeBreeze online on 03 Nov 2022 to replace a previously-existing propane tankless unit from Noritz. The original installation company had to return 3 times during November, December and January to deal with venting issues. HomeBreeze called a second company out in January to troubleshoot these issues. They made further venting recommendations, but never followed through. HomeBreeze finally called the original installers out in February to deal with the recommended fixes. The unit now usually works for filling the kitchen sink or the bathroom wash basin, but hot water delivery to shower can only succeed if the volume is turned down very low. The unit is particularly temperamental when the outside temperature gets down into the mid to low 30s (degrees F). Continues hot water once temperature is meet. Alittle nosey, plan on putting it away from living area's.

Takes up less space than legacy electric water heaters and I can shower or bathe as long as I want without running out of hot water

Like that heats every point of water at same time Dislike that it only lasted 41/2 years

Performance is excellent. First Rinnai developed a heat exchanger leak and had to be replaced after 14 years. New model is larger and better preforming. Dealer/authorized repair is no longer local.

Very nice to have on demand and unlimited hot water. Glad we made the switch.

Located in attic and it freezes sometimes. I didn't realize needed to drain when there is no electricity in winter.

I can't say enough about the Rinnai hot water delivery product. It is a very cost saving device compared to our older hot water tank. It is very quiet and very reliable at igniting when hot water is needed. The design is very ingenious when you realize how well built it is and the technological features making it a reliable work horse. After using about 1 year, I would never consider a gas, electric or even a hybrid hot water tank. Consumers just need to be aware that the placement of a on demand hot water Rinnai should be more centrally located to your washers and bathrooms or wherever your demand locations are. I am confident you will very satisfied with this product. It's performance and fuel efficiency in unmatched. Buy with confidence, you will not be disappointed.
