So when i open the package the pin that holds the latch immediately fell out. Poor quality workmanship. Lucky im handy and fixed fairly easy. Also this box gets hot very fast. Melted my plastic lunchboxs .so you need to get glass boxes. And be careful there HOT. other then than it works good once you adapt.

The size and heating efficiency are good, but a pin...

The size and heating efficiency are good, but a pin on the front latch keeps slipping out. The heat is all generated on the bottom, so I recommend laying some crumpled foil down so your food doesn't heat unevenly.

Initially, this product did not work at all even thought the red light was on. I took out the fuse and put it back in. It started working after that. It works well and gets quite hot. The only change that would be nice is if it had "warm," "low" and "high" settings.
