Floor roller extends and works as expected. I used it on groutable vinyl tile in a bathroom. It helped the tile adhere.

Way too expensive....and needs to extend farther. Longer handle.

Solid roller. Its extending function makes it easy to use on the ground or up on a table. We're using 2 of these to apply VCT tiles, and this is the perfect size for the job. The nylon pads are delicate with the surface, but you can provide enough force to actually stick down the tiles. They're durable too. We've had one of these for 5 or so years and its held up to once-in-awhile use for that entire time. Only thing I'd love to see is some rubber or cushioning on the metal handle.

The handle was a little short

Although the stated purpose is for rolling sheet vinyl flooring, it also works very well for installing FRP wall panels. It made quick work of setting the adhesive-backed panels inside a new shower alcove.

Works great just put some body weight into it and roll.

Broke as soon as I used it. Probably just a defective one. Gonna try to return it.

Did not think it was worth 45. Could do just as well with a smooth board or even your hands.

The floor roller did a great job n getting the floor down with no wrinkles or excess build ups of glue under the rug!

To use it you have to get down on your hands and knees. You grab the handle over the wheel and put your weight on it. Not good for a bad back.

Excellent product and is essential for laying adhesive tiles.

it's not a 50 lb roller.

I would have given 5 however it ones unlocked easy.
