Easy to cut and install. The tape strip is convenient and easy to use. It is simple padding and serves its purpose.

ease of use and quality of product make this a slam dunk

I bought this to underlay my new laminate installation over a tile floor. I brought it home, examined it, and wound up returning it. Although listed as 3/32 in., it was too thin to adequately cushion the irregularities at the grout lines in my tile floor. I wound up buying a thicker 1/8 in. felt underlayment that worked. Its effectiveness relative to the foam was far greater than the 1/8:3/32 =4/3 ratio of thicknesses would suggest, because the foam has little crush resistance.

Product was not available at my local store. Delivery and pricing were good. All worked out great.

Product was rolled incorrectly and side without the adhesive strip was crimped making the product lay incorrectly. Had to trim that side to make it lay properly. Poor QC?

This is a nice dual purpose underlayment that doesn't break the bank. Yes, it is a tad thinner than some that cost a bundle but as long as you are careful with your floor corners it shouldn't tear (but if it does, you can easily repair with clear tape)!

Product rolls out the wrong way. In the picture it looks like you can just roll it out - but it actually has to be laid the opposite way. Not a good design.

Easy to cut and install. Only a little tricky lining up the adhesive from one sheet over the other.

Goes down quick. Lies flat. covers up all the little bumps from screws etc. Adhesive strip holds tight, but not so tight that you can't pull it up to reposition.

i was pleased that it was very easy to roll. and it comes with a tape built in so you can attach or join together another roll next to it.

Installed laminate floor myself, used the underlayment. Fine product.

This underlayment for laminated flooring provides a nice cushion helps to correct imperfections in the sub-floor. The instructions on how to overlap the rows is a little lacking. Overall, a great product.

I was pleased with the product. It was easy to use and does what it is intended to do. It is pretty thin though which is why I did not give it 5 stars. I haven't done any product comparisons and so don't know how it compares with other products.

Easy to measure, cut and install. Goes down easily with no muss or fuss.

Very easy to use. It has a self adhesive strip that holds individual pieces together. Easy to cut as well. After installing this, the floor makes no sound.

Love my new floor....it is beautiful and it all arrived in perfect shape...no problems encountered.

this product have 2 uses. it stops the water from leaking one floor to the other and it prevent sounds but it is thin. this would be better if it was more thicker

Simple to work with no sqeaks yet but the floor underneath should be skrewed down to make sure

As a DIYer I found this product affordable and easy to use. When I installed the first two rows of underlayment I had help installing this product, but found that I could install the rest of it myself very easily. Scissors are the best to use when cutting the lengths or around corners. This product worked very well and I will be using it again.

It was easy laying this down. I would suggest making the sealing side of the material a little thicker to resist abrasive tearing when laying the flooring.

Having done Laminate in my entire home TWICE now I've had a fairly good bit of practice. This underlayment is MUCH quieter when walking on the laminate then the previous films I've used. Goes down as easy as any and was priced the same as the competitors product.

The foam performed as expected and formed a nice layer between the subfloor and the laminate.

Why pay more for gimics? This stuff worked great, helped to dampen the sound and gave noticable cusion. Its actually pretty tough stuff. The trick to not getting rips is to lay the underlayment as you go. Unroll a strip of underlayment, then the floor till your almost to the edge, then unroll another strip of foam, work some more floor. That way you don't damage it when your trying to get traction when pushing the flooring together. I see photos of people who lay all their underlayment down first and then complain about it ripping when they are installing the flooring. Hope this helps someone.

If you are laying a floor on wooden sub-flooring this works perfect. No use to buy more expensive material.

Great product, does exactly as it says. Easy to install and makes for a semi-soft feel under the feet if using a flexible vinyl laminate. It Also helps deaden the acoustics in a room.

Just what you need to provide a moisture barrier and a foam underlayment for laminate flooring. Three rolls was more than enough for my 21 by 13 ft floor and it was easy to install and work with.
