I just put this grill together and its took a very long time due to the extremely vague instructions with really bad pictures. How every great grill for the price. Definitely buy but already assembled.

The negative reviews from people about the difficult assembly I disagree with and they must have never assembled grills before. Took about 1 1/2 hours. Try a 5 burner gas grill with the side burner or a Zgrill pellet smoker (which was the worst I have ever put together). The Zgrill took about 4 to 5 hours and I was confused all the way with the directions they gave. Even had to take apart to correct some of the assembled unit I had already completed and reassemble. The quality I gave was only a 4 rating since you can buy, for a lot higher price, a higher gauge steel unit that also weighs a lot more. There was no issue with bolts pulling through the metal that the shelves were attached to. Maybe someone sat on them lol. Have not used it yet but I am sure after looking at the assembled unit it will work well. Love the ease of the adjustable charcoal platform. One of the best charcoal grills I have had for that price range. Would definitely recommend this product.

Only used it once so far, but I kind of like what I see so far. I got the cover, and have it covered. Curious what impacts weather will have with rust etc. So far..LOVE being able to lower my coals when there's a flareup. I did a huge rack of ribs which pretty much covered entire grill. Like being able to up vents on both sides and the cover or uncover smoke stack on top. I'll do 4 stars for now. Need at least 5 or 10 cooks to really determine. Was an entire evening to assemble. Lot of pieces.

Love it. Make sure to prepare and protect your grill the first time for a longer life.

Grill had wrong front plate. Home Depot associate contacted factory and factory agreed to send correct part. This was on August 9. No part yet.

Assembly is a huge project. The grill came as a box of dozens of pieces with absolutely no pre-assembly. Unless you are very good with assembly projects and have a whole weekend, you need to add high cost of Home Depot assembly to price of the grill.

The grill instructions made it easy to assemble. There is a very thorough video on YouTube showing how to assemble grill if you need it. Overall I am pleased with the performance and like being able to adjust the height of the charcoal pan.

I am unsure about this purchase that I made back in June because it still has not been assembled yet even though I paid for the assembly. I will never make a purchase and use your assembly company again!

We used it for a housewarming bbq, and it did well. We cooked for over 4 hrs on it. Very pleased with its performance.

One side table mounting screw broke through the thin wall sheet metal , poor quality of materials

It was a little challenging putting it together, but not too bad. Hint, the shelves on both sides, do not stay on, they need a longer bolt with a large flat washer, because the holes are to big on the shelves and when you go to move the unit they come off. I fixed it with larger bolts and flat washers. The grill is great, works fantastic and with the cover is perfect.
