Grill pan rotted out after 2 years.
Would not purchase this grill. The grill flames are too high and uncontrollable. The pan rotted out after 2 years.

    I bought this for my son's 40th. His favorite color is blue. He loves this grill, that took him and his wife about 90 minutes to assemble. He says "Quality is solid. The only issue I had was there is one support piece that they don't give instructions for in the manual. Common sense tells you where it goes though. That was the only thing." I am very pleased with my purchase.

      100% G A R B A G E ! Avoid !
      Three ignitors failed, two of the wires to light the burners broke off while moving the grill. The warming rack falls out half the time when opening the lid. The never answer the phone OR respond to voice mail. Email response is slow. The only reason I purchased this grill was because of the US office address. However, it is basically a mail drop. Save yourself time and frustration, buy any other grill. Also, you will notice there are no responses from R.G. to reviews.

        Not one, but TWO, arrived damaged!
        Can't review this grill other than to share it's either made of flimsy material or they're shipping company is awful. TWICE now, the grill has arrived damaged. TWICE.

          I love the grill. it was easy to assemble, but the ignitor is faulty. I was only able to use it once, then it rained the next day. Somehow moisture got inside the ignitor and not it will not work. Suggest a cover over the ignitor cap or the whole grill. I have only had the grill for 3 weeks.

                Don't try wiping the outside down!
                This grill has functioned great and we really enjoy it. However after many uses this summer it was in need of a quick wipe down on the outside. Simply using water -no chemicals- and a rag caused the paint to come off and smear. If the paint isn't going to hold up to something as simple as water then maybe don't paint the grilll?Sfulton08

                  Company does not stand behind its products
                  Brand new grill has 3 damaged areas with rust right out of the box. My wife calls the company and they said look at the owner's manual, we are not responsible for rust. ITS BRAND NEW, you packaged it like this.

                    Igniter gone after less than a year and 1 use
                    I used this grill once last summer and put it in my garage. Then I bring it out for the 4th of July with friends coming over and the igniter is dead. No batteries would help this thing. Poor parts. The paint fades quickly. Customer service doesn’t get back to you and basically asked if I can light it by hand? Do you think I spend a 500 on a grill to have to light it by hand? Doesn’t seem like they stand by their own product. Very unhappy. They basically get you with the “look”.

I contacted manufacturer since it was within the one year warranty and was only sent a small vial of touch up paint. I told them the entire finish was degrading and they said that's all they can do. Less than a year in, and I need a new grill.

                      This grill looks nice in pictures but there's a reason it's not stocked and on display in any stores. It won't hold up to close inspection. In fact, I don't think it'd hold up to much at all. It has about 100 individual parts that need to be assembled and the metal is so thin and flimsy that I doubt you'd get more than one season of use out of it. I returned it for a refund before ever using it.

                        I ordered this grill on May 22nd, and it did not arrive until June 7th. The reason? I live in North Florida and the grill was shipped out of Georgia. However, the FedEx tracking indicates that it was sent all the way out to Oregon and then back to Georgia before arriving at my home! The box did not indicate any damage, but there are many scratches and dents to this thing.
