The Coin Grip Commercial Grade PVC Flooring is 2 millimeters x 4 ft x 20 ft and has been rolled up since it was manufactured. Therefore, its shape will have some memory, and this would be exacerbated if the piece was cut from material near the core. If you leave it out in the sun, it will become more malleable, and you can roll it up in the opposite direction of the curl to resolve any issues with its shape.

it shrank
When this product first delivered one of the rolls were a different shade of gray. It took weeks to get it replaced. Within couple of weeks gaps started to form between the runs. The gaps is now more than 1/4" and it looks terrible.

If not installed correctly, shrinkage in PVC may be expected at a 1-2% of the total length. It may be that this type of material is not appropiate for your use. The shade of gray was different than the 4ft x...
The shade of gray was different than the 4ft x 35ft roll that I ordered at the same time. The 4ft x 30ft roll also had a different type of backing on it. These two rolls were installed side by side in the same building. This could have been a big problem if the client had been more picky.

The flooring was not as thick as I had anticipated...
The flooring was not as thick as I had anticipated but it was easy to install. However, I ordered 2 rolls of flooring - a 4x35 foot roll and a 4x30 foot roll. The 4x35 foot roll had no backing and I installed it first. When I opened the 4x30 foot roll, it had a black kind of fabric backing on it AND the flooring was a slightly different shade of gray. Being a different shade of gray could have been a HUGE problem.
