Perfect Mat for Beside a Hot Tub
I bought this mat to put beneath the steps that lead up to my outdoor hot tub. I wanted something to put there so that peoples' feet didn't touch the cement (after taking off their shoes) before climbing in, and needed something that was non-slip and that water could drain through. This fit the bill perfectly. Seems well made and is great for the way I'm using it.

Easy to roll out and move around, this mat provides some anti slip protection allows for some water flow underneath, but less than comparable restaurant or industrial type mats.

The mat rolled out easy and also cuts easy to make custom lengths. We use it for our indoor pool and it is a very open mesh and allows water to evaporate easily. If your feet are tender it may feel slightly uncomfortable. But I would buy it again!

We installed this matting on the surface of a wooden lakefront dock. After less than 1 month on the dock it is sticky, clinging to our bare feet or shoes. It seems to be deteriorating in the hot sun. It looked great when installed, but it is basically breaking down into a sticky mess. It is attached to the wooden dock surface with screws; no glue or adhesive was used. Now we will have to remove this and find a different solution to cover our dock surface. I feel the product should have held up as it was advertised for outdoor use.
I am looking for a refund.

I am sorry to hear that our product was sticky and clinging to either your bare feet or shoes when you walk on it after installing it for less than a month on your wooden lakefront dock. This could happen due to the release agent on the surface that was applied during the product’s manufacturing process. The release agent allows the product to be removed from the mold without sticking to is and damaging the material. You can wash it off with soapy water.

Measurements not accurate
This roll measured 24.5 ft, Not 25 feet as stated. Also, Not 4 feet wide, Only 47 inches wide. After buying 4 rolls in this order, there was not enough material to cover the surface as expected.
This product gets very hot to walk on in direct sunlight.
It looks great when installed. Can be slippery when wet.

While the mat appears to be durable, and was easy to size/ install, when temperatures exceed 90° it becomes sticky. Even lifting up a bit as you walk on it. It traps water in the segments that I fear will lead to shortened deck life. Likely meant to only be used on concrete.

Product was so easy to work with I even ordered another piece. I have a large cement back porch that had to be painted every summer. I used this product on the porch. It looks great. It was very easy to cut. The painted porch would get slippery at times and this mat is slip resistant
