I really excellent product and easy to be used

I used this product for my garage floor and I follow all directions carefully. At first it looked great and but it start peeling from under car tires places. It is still looking great everywhere else except that spots which looked really bad.

I purchased the dark gray gloss kit to do my garage. I had to do a portion of the garage first because the other side had contents in it. After completing the first half with no issues, I used the same process for the second half. After it dried, the color difference was way off. It was so far off it looked like two different paints. So I researched the mismatch and found several videos about color mismatches. I also saw several comments in this review section as well. So, I want and bought another kit thinking maybe I had mixed the bags differently and that was the reason there was such a mismatch. I used a time and a thermal hygrometer to make sure that everything was mixed according to the instructions. temperature, humidity, and mixing times. In this kit, the match was much better, however, due to the paint chips having been laid down on the first coat, and the fact that the paint is lighter colored when applied and then darkens as it dries, there were numerous places that were missed. So, instead of having to buy another kit to touch up, I used the leftover paint in the bag the next day. So we have bought two kits when it should have taken one, and still have a color mismatch on the spots I tried to touch up. I will have to buy another kit which will put me at $540.00 and I'll have to waste a bag of it for a touch-up. Very frustrating and expensive.

Purchased a 2.5 garage floor kit in light gray. When dry, the color from the two bags did not match. One half of my floor is lighter than the second half. This was not the fault of the professional installer but is due to a mismatch between the two bags of product.

I followed the instructions exactly - even spent extra on the Recoat Primer and Clear Shield to ensure that I got great results. After 2 weeks of grinding, cleaning, etching, painting, etc, etc, the results came out fantastic. But, little did I know, once I parked my car on it after it rained (no hot tires or anything), it peeled up immediately! I am so disappointed in this product. I spent over $800 on all of the materials. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS!

Not a 2 car garage, started out great until I had to get more. The the roll got all hard so it didn’t go on as good as it started out.

This product seems to have come out well in my garage. I made sure to do all the prep work properly. Cleaned, degreased, etched to make sure for proper bonding. Not sure why there are blotchy spots but I am disappointed with that part.

I have used this product before in several garages, this time i was using it in an oversized garage so I bought 2 of the 2 1/2 kits, spent days prepping the floors and got all done just to see that the 2 boxes are different! now i have to look at what was an otherwise beautiful garage, these 2 different shades of flooring every day, i’m very frustrated

Couldn’t have came out any better, super satisfied! Had just enough for 2 car garage With some left over. I decided to add a little more than directed due to my garage being just a 2 car garage. Followed directions as instructed. Rollers barely lasted up to the last small section remaining before falling apart. Could include 3rd roller or purchase 3rd as backup.

After about 1yr of it looking good and parking the car the whole time, it starts to peel off. Little by little, month after month, pieces start to peel off. When u walk barefoot in the garage it sticks to your feet. I would say half the 2 car garage is peeling and u can tell theres more to come. Now, 4 years later, Im finally gonna install plastic tiles over the whole thing. Probably should have done that instead.

I regret not reading the 1 star reviews on this product. It's true that the two pouches in the 2.5 garage kit have different shades of gray, leaving my garage floor one section darker than the other. I spent so much time doing the prep work and following the directions. Very disappointed in the embarrassing results. Customer support suggested I redo the floor with the same 2.5 kit. Are you kidding?

This is the second garage that I’ve used this stuff on and both times it came up underneath my cars tires. After it happened the first time I thought I would try it again when I moved and waited 5 days instead of 3 to park my car on it but it still came up under the tires. I love the floor otherwise but this is very disappointing when I followed the directions precisely and spent so much time doing it.

I hired a professional to help me lay down the product about a month ago. It looked good at first, but when it started raining, the water was causing spotting that was irreversible! Tried to clean and the paint came off. Very disappointed.

I didn't like how the builders left the garage floor of my newly built house looking unfinished.This product worked as advertised!One thing to note...FOLLOW THE INCLUDED DIRECTIONS!The coating came out great!

I’ve used this product on our garage floors in the last 3 houses we’ve owned and it never disappoints. It always adds value and gets lots of compliments. All that aside it’s solid and holds up to many years of cleaning, oil spill, hot tire and any mess you can throw at it. Cleans easily and always looks great.

I’ve used this product, in grey, 3 times successfully. However, this last time, in tan, on a brand new floor, in less than 12 months is peeling in several places. Disappointing to say the least.

I applied epoxy paint to the entire two car garage in two parts. After even just light use of the garage, the paint from the floor is peeling off. Its waste of all effort and money.

Great prouduct for renovating your garage floor.i did a nice fresh paint on my walls plus added the epoxy by far no regrets i love the new look and how nice my garage is now

We followed the instruction's on the prep work and are very satisfied with the out come. We had gotten several quotes from companies to provide the service we saved ourselves $5000!

This product is durable, easy to apply, but when doing a large area, the paint does not match. I did all in gray gloss, had purchased 1 2.5 car and 1 1 car they were 2 different colors. All gray gloss. I submitted a form to rustoleum and never got a response. Disappointed in the customer service and the look of the floor. I would not recommend this to anyone working with a large garage over 2.5 cars. I applied this to the floor in a large paint booth bay and the floor is an embarrassment to say the least.

Purchased this product over the years. Great success. Not this year. The paint is blotchy. Cut-in areas are different colors. Four days later dry to touch, but tacky to feet. Tan color is much darker. "If it ain't broke don't fix it." That's what they did. Also, they put the paint in bags for two car garages. What?? And they added a bag of etch. Be careful. Many people thought it was sand, if they skipped the confusing directions. Forget the flakes. Not appropriate for a garage. And can ruin the job. And the instructions?! Be extra careful. Very confusing. They have you pouring paint back and forth between containers for single car garages, mixing with a tiny stick for so many minutes, then letting it set for a specific time dependent on temperature. Then they tell you to paint 4x4 squares, stopping to coat it with paint chips. Not good. With epoxy you have to keep the edge wet. Good luck keeping a wet edge painting 4x4 squares. Then they claim you can drive a car on it after 72 hours. Maybe a child's plastic car, but not a 3 thousand pound sedan. I loved this product in years gone by, and I highly recommended it. All I did in the past was wash the floor twice with TSP, combine the two parts into a 5 gallon bucket, mixed it, dropped in the roller and was done in minutes. But not now. I am confident the company which has a great reputation will correct the issues in the coming year. I would be patient and wait another year or two before making the purchase. Every time I walk in the garage and see the floor I am reminded of this mess. Not a good way to start the day.

Very Dissapointed in the optional rustoleum clear coating. I Calculated I need 2 boxed for 850sg ft of painted floor First the coverage wasnt what was said i needed to go back for a third. The biggest issue was the lumps which would not break up and are now sticky in the top layer. Calling tech support they said perhaps the product was old. Beware there is no code date on the box or a buy before. There is a batch code sticker affixed to the pouch inside but it is not an open code by which you could conclude the age. In hindsight The boxes were dusty so im not sure if its a homedepot problem selling 5yr old inventory ( thats what im told the shelf life is) or a product problem. Either way i have a lumpy messy floor. I dont recommef

This only covered 54 sq ft not the 250 sq ft as it says on the box.

It's been a long winter, with the salt, and turning car wheels, in and out of the garage every day for almost a year with two cars, I have to say I'm totally impressed! If you do the prep work, it will hold up well.

Turned out very nice! Don't skimp on the prep work. Prep is key. Use a vacuum, etch the concrete, cut in and roll the big areas. Very minimal odor and had held up well.

As long as you follow all of the directions and invest time in your prep these kits works like a charm. Looks every bit as good as a professional job and for a fraction of the price. I highly recommend finishing it off with the clear coat kit. Seals in the paint chips, gives the floor a nice consistent shine, and adds another layer of durability. Also comes with the anti skid additive if youre concerned about the floor being too slippery.
