High quality and duarable
I received this paint as a free sample. It covers very well. It was painted over a very bright, almost neon teal color. Very few spots that needed a second coat. It has held up well with the grandkids, and seems to be very scuff resistant. The flat paint helps with that as well. Cleanup of the brushes and such was as normal with any other paint. I would purchase in the future.

Great paint for spraying!
Paint went on extremely well with my airless sprayer, no diluting required. Flat black is more of a bluish/gray, but it looks great.

Very happy with this paint! It looks great in my garage and is an exact match to the color sample. The paint went on easily and really only needed 1 solid coat. After the first coat, there were just a few places to touch up and it was good to go! This was my first experience with Rust-Oleum paint by the gallon (always used their spray paint) and I am happy.

This is GOOD paint. I would say it is no better and no worse that other paints I've used in the past. It went on smoothly and covered pretty well. I don't think there is any paint that truly covers easily with one coat. This did a pretty good job, but there were definitely some light spots that required a second coat...so...it all gets a second coat. Weird thing about this paint is the smell. It smells more like chemicals than most of the paints I use. It came with a nice plastic ring to secure the lid during shipping. However, while getting the plastic ring off the can, I put a permanent threw the lid.

Painting is less a chore when the paint covers in one coat. Rust-oleum makes a paint that does just that. Paint and primer in one. I like how a fresh coat of color livens the room. Its likely the easiest way for me to decorate without spending a lot of cash. I prefer eggshell as the finish. It cleans well and isn't dull like flat, but has a nice subtle shine. My color is "Sweetheart", a very easy to use accent color for the bedroom. So much nicer than. off white. Really brightens up the room especially when the sun shines through the windows. Rolls on well as does the cut in with my 2-inch angled brush. Like most modrn paints it dries wuickly and only water is requie=red for cleanup.

Great brand and reputable paint! Decided to update the front door with this new interior paint by rustoleum. They sure didn’t disappoint. Paint was easily mixed and easy to apply. It only took two coats of paint on my front door and it looks brand new. Didn’t leave any streaks when drying. Very easy application for paint. A little does go a long way with it as well. Would highly recommend.

This product combines top coat and primer in one, so if you’re doing furniture refinishing this may be a really convenient option for you. It is also mold and mildew resistant, so while my waterproof, may be a decent choice for a bathroom. (You may want to ask a paint professional before making that choice) The color is beautiful, and I think that it will match the color on the tin with two coats on light surfaces.

I like this eggshell finish French Linen interior paint. It had a mild odor when applied that was almost completely gone the next day. It covered my walls painted in a similar color with one coat even though it seemed very thin. It didn't sag or drip. This hallway had previously been painted with a high gloss paint, which I didn't like. There were numerous scuff marks and other dark spots that couldn't be cleaned off. This eggshell finish is much more pleasing to my eye -- it has little shine but is supposed to be better than glossier paint at hiding imperfections. I tried it on a couple of swatches of darker colors (see the photos) and it was clear that it would take more than one coat to cover a darker color but it covered all the imperfections in my walls quite nicely with the single coat. It can be applied with brush, roller, or sprayer. Coverage is up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon. It dries to the touch in 1 hour and can be recoated after 4 hours. The Safety Data Sheet for this French Linen in Eggshell says it has VOLATILE ORGANIC COMPOUNDS: 42 g/L VOCs can cause respiratory and other health problems. There is no standard definition for "Low VOC" but the Green Seal standard defines it as fewer than 50 grams per liter of volatile compounds. In my experience, some low VOC paints can sometimes have more odor than high VOC paints, so I'm pleased that this paint is both low VOC and low odor. Summary: I was pleased with this paint coverage, low odor, and sheen.

Rustoleum brand wall paint is very good quality for the price. It is as good as other premium paint brands in my opinion and less expensive in some cases. I recommend it because it covered a wall and a ceiling in one coat without applying a primer after careful cleaning, prepping, and scraping off old specks. The delicate white color is a nice soft white and plenty bright. It's best to be as close as possible to a ceiling when painting in order to minimize streaks and missed spots. I used a 9" general purpose smooth to semi-smooth roller 100% polyester blend. Overall coverage is very good and even.

This paint covers great and hides too. I tested a small amount on a panel (because the bathroom is not ready for paint yet) and the paint covered all panel imperfections with just two light coats. We got the semi-gloss in "Sandbank" for the bathroom because it's washable and mold and mildew resistant. And since it's a primer and paint in one, it takes half the time to apply. The sandbank color is a nice creamy off white. I recommend it.

The RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. FLAT SUMMER STORM INTERIOR WALL PAINT (2-PACK) is a quality paint and great gray color for use inside your house. This would look great in both a bedroom, common area, bathroom, kitchen, or basement. The paint goes on easily and may or may not require a second coat depending on your surface and implement. The summer storm is a sharp color that is neutral and goes with just about any set up.

I got this paint to work above a new board and batten installation I was doing in my entryway and up some stairs. The problem I found was that the color is very light compared to the picture on the website. Very light gray. See my pic. It's pretty but it doesn't do much for contrasting between white and itself. As far as coverage goes, it works pretty well. Over white I had no problem. Over a light almond color it took two coats. Still, it's good paint, IMO, and I'm happy with it.

The paint color is very pretty and I really like how it turns out on the wall. I gave it only 4/5 stars because it was thinner than I think it should be for a paint that contains primer. On un-primed wood, this takes three coats to get really nice results. I don't think two coats is enough to really coat the workpiece uniformly. It does clean up easily with water. One of my toddlers got to the lid before I could pick it up and it came off kid hands pretty quick. All in all I think this is good paint. I would like to see it be more viscous so that it takes fewer coats to finish painting.

In the process of sheet rocking my garage, using this paint over green board. Went on in one coat and doesn't show any flaws in drywall work. Once it dried it looked really good, I painted it on with a brush and you couldn't find any brush marks. It is made by a name that you can trust. This paint went on easily and had a moderate amount of coverage. I tested two small areas using a brush to apply the paint for swatching. The paint went on easily, but was on the thinner side of what I expected. The color was lighter than what I anticipated, which isn't a problem for my project, but is worth noting. I was hoping to use this light blue to cover over a darker tan color. One coat was definitely not enough to cover a darker color. Plan on 2-3 light coats to get sufficient coverage on your walls (I did not prime first).

The Rust-0leum SANDBANK flat interior wall paint seems to be a new twist to the brand. I have never known rust-oleum to be in this part of the finishes category. For starters, the color selection was minimal but well thought. I picked sandbank since it appeared to be a nice bright but neutral tone. When I opened the can, the paint was not separated and the viscosity appeared slightly different to other brands. Maybe it’s me but it would appear to cover a little better. So far, I have a few test spots for the wife to approve before going all in but so far, I am impressed

I was skeptical of the color at first because it is pinker than I usually go for, but we used it for my daughters' mermaid room and she loves it. It is a warm color with purple tint. It is rich but not too bold and overwhelming. Painting with it was extremely easy. I did do two coats because I missed a few spots but we have textured walls so it probably would only require one coat on a regular wall making it well worth the money.

The RUST-OLEUM HOME 1 GAL. EGGSHELL UPTOWN CAFE INTERIOR WALL PAINT (2-PACK) is the perfect bedroom solution. Our son's room needed a fresh coat of paint to brighten up the room and the Uptown Café in eggshell looks great! We have used RUST-OLEUM HOME products in the past and we have always been impressed with the coverage and quality of the paint. The durability of the paint is excellent and you can easily clean up any scuffs or marks.

Internet #313720037 Model # 365498 Rust-Oleum Home 1 Gal. Eggshell Sweetheart Interior Wall Paint (2-Pack) I have a manufactured home and most of the interior walls are either vinyl clad or wood veneer with a vinyl layer on top. That means the walls have to be cleaned and then primed before painting. With Rust-Oleum all I had to do was clean the walls and trim, let it dry and then paint, no primer needed. The primer is in the paint. That is a big time saver. I was amazed at how well it covered whether using a brush or a roller and with just one coat. The photos show the before and after. Clean up was super easy. The paint did dry a little bit pink. Manufacturers Comment: Covers up to 400 sq. ft. per gallon, depending on surface texture, porosity and application method Eggshell sheen has a low luster finish Mold and mildew resistant 2 coats required for new or uncoated surfaces, dark colors may require multiple coats Dries to the touch in 1-hour, recoat after 4-hours Cleans easily with mild, non-oily soap and water

So, this Rustoleum paint is extremely nice for the fact it seems nearly odorless. I am pleased with the color and that it's paint and primer in one as I plan to do my two opposite walls with this paint and the end wall with the remaining wood grain appearance vinyl planks. The only downfall that I've seen is it drips a lot and I had to use heavy duty towels to follow my path. It's not a deal breaker because of I had the time, I would have taped the baseboard and three newspapers down. I only give it four stars I just don't think I should have to wipe the brush excessively. It does cover thick so it hides the blemishes well. See the picture where I tore the wall paper and then painted over and then see the top of the moulding.

It's good to have paint and primer in one since you don't have to paint a wall twice if the paint and primer is separate. Ready to use and dries in four hours seems like great idea. I left it on for longer before I added a second coat. The black is not glossy or matte, it's somewhere in-between. Rust-oleum is a good paint brand that we are used to seeing in those spray cans. I was surprised they make actual wall paint.

I must say that that I was quite impressed with the way it was shipped. Arrived in a rigid cardboard box with plastic rings tightly capping the top to prevent accidental spills and styrofoam spacers to hold the paint cans in place. As far as color is concerned ordering online is tough because it will look different on every screen. But I must say, I do love the color seeing it in person. I’m waiting until the room is ready, but I did try a sample on a small area and it looks nice. The paint felt normal, not to thick and not too runny and was east to apply with a brush. I’m hoping it will cover well in one coat, but I will most likely do two because I’m covering a much darker color. It says “Dry to the touch in 1 hour and Recoat after 4 hours”, 1 Gal, covers up to 400 sq. ft. Can’t wait to see how the color comes out on a larger scale. Would’ve been nice if a couple of stirring sticks were included.

Rust-Oleum Wall Paint provides a nice color and sheen to the wall we've painted. This would be my first time ordering paint online and was a bit skeptical getting the color to be what we wanted. Overall, the color I chose (judging by what was on the screen) matched fairly well to the color we received. I will say that color was maybe 1-2 shades lighter once dried and on the wall compared to the color sample on the actual 1 gal bucket. Odor was decent, but I found it to be stronger than some other paints I've used in the past. Using it in a well ventilated area is a must. Application was good, coverage was good and the paint did adhere to the wall fairly well. The biggest issue I would say is that the paint is "runny". More often then not I had paint dripping off of my paint brush and with every stroke a droplet would go flying, I would liked to have seen the paint to be a bit thicker. I painted over a fairly darker tan wall and it took 2 coats to get a good coating, I will probably be returning for a 3rd coat to really clean up the look. (again I believe this is from the paint being a tad runny) As a heads up, I will mention the paint darkens as it dries, I was starting to get concerned that I painted the wall too light, but as time went on the light tan color started to show. The paint dries and sets very well. I haven't tested the "washability" of the paint, but just by looking at it i feel like I could very easily wipe away anything that ends up on the wall with ease.

One coat coverage! I almost always use a separate primer and put two coats of paint on, but I thought I would give this one a try. Well, I am sold on this paint because it actually worked, and the coverage went a long ways (not even a quart was used to paint the wall in my pictures). The color itself is a beautiful bluish gray with a slight lavender tone, that comes out in the right light. I also liked the drip guard that came on the can. What a great idea! It sits on the top when you take the lid off so that you don't spill paint into the grove on the top of the can, and works as a good brush wiper as well. The dried and cured paint is quite durable, and should stand up to most home environments. All in all, its a great value for the dollar!

We've used Rust-Oleum Spray Paints, High Heat Paints and Wood Stains in the past and found this to be a reliable brand with consistent product and results. This is the first time we've tried their interior wall paint. I need to repaint a gloomy dark green room but wanted to test this paint out on a smaller area first. I chose a nasty, ugly old door to trial this on. We've scrubbed this door so much that it took off the previous coat of paint and exposed all the old original marks and stains. One coat of the eggshell white made a huge difference. Now, I will probably go over this door again with a second coat as it was in such bad shape, but wanted to demonstrate how well this covered with just one. Can't say how long it will last but the eggshell finish will definitely make it easier to keep the door clean. I'm figuring that dark green paint will need a second coat and maybe a primer as well. But I got a 2-pack and I'm golden.

As always Rust-Oleum provides a quality product. I ordered 2 gallons of this Summer Storm color for my basement recreation area. The color is spot on what I expected when I ordered it and is easy to mix. The paint goes on smooth and really looks great. It is low odor and has great coverage. This paint is a great price and does a great job as expected.

Rustoleum is a brand name that we all know and recognize and I admit that when I hear the name I always think about their durable exterior paints and stains. Well think again. Their interior paint offers the same quality that you would expect! Easy application, fast dry time and a quality finish. The matte black finish offers the chic look and feel that I was going for with my project. One note is that once the paint was fully dry I wiped some scuff marks off with a damp cloth and the wipe marks remained. I expect that is due to the matte finish vs the quality of the paint fyi.

I liked the way it accents portions of walls. My wife painted several different sections in between glass windows in our restaurant and it makes the place stand out by the contrast it makes to the large glass windows. I didn't get to use much of it because the sections are only 4 feet wide by about eight feet tall. It definitely did the job my wife wanted for our Wild Elk. I'm thinking of also painting the hallway leading to the restrooms but she thinks it will make it too dark overall as opposed to the few sections between the windows. She had no problem using a roller to paint the sections. I myself don't like painting. I got to do the clean up job, and that was easy.

I used "Summer Storm" (eggshell finish) in my guest bathroom. The Summer Storm color was a fantastic medium to light true gray color. Since it is a true gray, it is very neutral and goes with anything. It can sometimes be hard to find a true gray paint that is not too blue as well. I was definitely pleased with the color. The paint was also very easy to work with. The lighter colored paint even covered the old dark blue paint in just one coat. It was not runny at all, but the perfect consistency with very few drips. I literally had no complaints about the ease of use with this paint.

I have always trusted and used Rust-oleum commercial products because of their excellent quality but until recently, I did not know they made a residential product line. I have a large 5 bedroom home but we are now empty nesters and bedrooms are seldom used. I decided to tear out a wall between the master bedroom and the adjacent one for a fun project to make a huge, very rustic, interesting and comfortable master bedroom. I love doing this type of work. I decided to use Rust-oleum, interior wall paint, in a sandbank, eggshell finish as I think the color will go well with the rock work, wood ceiling, floors and beams that I will be installing. This room was painted with dark maroon paint and I thought it was going to take many coats of paint to cover it. I hate painting. To my amazement, this paint, with its built in primer, actually covered it in one coat (I will be applying a second coat for a better finish). I used a 3/8 inch nap, good quality roller from Home Depot to apply the paint. The paint was dry to the touch in less than 1 hour, had very little odor and the results were excellent. It is touted to be mold and mildew resistant and easy to clean. The coverage was superior. I’m very happy that that I decided to use this paint and recommend it as I good buy. Most people don’t repaint for many years so it makes sense to buy a good quality product. I can’t wait to see how this several month long project will turn out.
