I bought this paint for a project that my wife had done on a cnc machine outvof wood andbshe used this paint to paint, one coat was enough and didn't use any sealer or primer. Worked just as needed.

Wheels on my work truck were getting nasty... a light sanding, cleaning, and some Rust-Oleum and now people keep asking if it's a new truck. Aluminum color was a perfect match.

I used this paint to coat my Ford F150 Bumper prior to the Oxford White covering. This made my truck color Oxford White go further due to the bumper being white. Goes on easy and has a bright white color!

Good overall product

Be careful out there when using their products. I had mine blow the bottom of the can off and nearly took my face off. Rustoleum is denying having any responsibility. The can was purchased barely an hour before using it.

Tried using on wood. First coat applied okay. Second coat as well. Tried to do a few touch ups the next day and every time I do the paint separates. Will not buy again.

Just the color I needed.

Rust-Oleum Painter's Touch 2x was used on our 130 year old steam water radiator cover after I had used WD-40 and wire brushing & sanding to remove the layers of rust flakes and blistered paint.

Spray nozzle would get clogged a bit after using during a long spray (4 to 5 seconds). I have had these before and it’s hit and miss with the nozzles.

Fun color fits well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently used this PTOUCH spray paint on an old wrought iron table that I've had for years and years. The table was white but much of the paint had flaked off throughout the years spent outside 24/7. To be honest, I didn't do a lot of prepping on the table's surface. I used a hose nozzle to wash off any debris and that's about it. I waited until the next day to paint. I put the table on cardboard and went to work! I went over the table slowly, a couple of times, with light coats and the paint adhered beautifully. All the paint settled perfectly and you can't tell there is any old paint underneath the new coats. The next day, the paint was dry and looked amazing. The table looked brand new, all bright and shiny. It even rained the day after and the paint still looked fresh and perfect. This paint could not be easier to use. Great for first time DIY'ers or people like me who don't have the steadiest hands and aren't great with traditional paint. I am so pleased with this paint that I am going to tackle an old wooden rocking chair next!

Excellent all around paint

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have an outdoor rocker that I love but the color is fading and looking dirty so I was excited to try this gloss paint on it. The results were outstanding! The product itself was very easy to use and went on evenly and easily. Two coats were all I needed to make my chair look like new again. I love the results and love this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Rust-oleum is hands down the best brand spray paint. I have tried numerous other brands and I always end up back at Rust-oleum. It goes on even and smoothly. It always comes out the color they state it’s going to be. And it’s the only spray paint that’s claimed to work on plastic that actually does. I purchased this white to spray paint some hooks for my home and a few other things. I did the knobs and left them overnight assuming I’d have to do a second coat but they were perfect the next day. Got a few more projects to do and looking forward to using this white for some Christmas deco.

This is the 2nd time I've had this problem with 2X. Starts out spraying fine. Then a couple of minutes into the project, it starts spitting and spattering little gobs of paint - ruining the project and causing much work to sand down. It's not the nozzle. It's the paint itself. Very disappointed since I have good results with other Rustoleum products.

Excellent paint. I sell many of my wood projects on line. Once coat usually covers well. Remember to shake well and use in recommended temperatures. I store in a heated environment to ensure it covers well when you paint. Love the color choices

I've always felt Rust-Oleum spray paint were slightly better than the less expensive brands and really liked the larger cans labeled Rust-Oleum Hard Hat Spray which you rarely see anymore. I guess the 2X means more coverage which I didn't see happen. I consider this paint a standard can of spray.

I use Rustoleum paint in a unique way. I laser engrave white glazed ceramic tile. Tile is first prepared by cleaning with acetone, then painted with the Rustoleum white paint. Once dry, the tile is engraved with a diode laser engraver. After engraving, the paint is removed from tile and it is permanently engraved.

Actually this was my third can in this color, Oasis blue, which I used to renew four black plastic pots that looked sad and battered by the sun and time. I must say that this is another product with the quality and guarantee of Rust-Oleum. Easy to apply, good coverage, finish and true brilliant color. I am very happy with the result. After all this I can safely say that I recommend it.

I used this to repaint the support for a post light in my front yard. The dark gray looks a lot like black, just a bit softer, and it’s glossy. Very quick to apply, very easy to aim. I didn’t need masking. The photo shows the quick paint job; a few extra sprays are needed for touchup.
