Let's see what we can figure out. Rust-Oleum Parks Pro Finisher Water Based Polyurethane produces a very hard, durable surface when applied as directed on the label. Apply Pro Finisher Water Base Polyurethane using a lamb’s wool applicator pad, polyester brush, or a weighted T-bar. Apply in direction of wood grain in a pulling motion with smooth, level strokes. Apply thin, even coats at a rate of 600 - 700 square feet per gallon. A minimum of 3 coats are required. Do not apply more that 2 coats on the same day.

Meh
Probably great on other projects I have but is terrible on my wood floors. Followed the instructions and the product keeps easily scratching and peeling off like nail polish.

That's not what we expect to hear, Lizz! To ensure full adhesion of Rust-Oleum Parks Pro Finisher Water-Based Polyurethane for Floors, proper surface prep is essential. This includes allowing the stain to dry fully or sanding the previous finish. A minimum of three coats are needed for full durability as well. The Rust-Oleum Pro Finisher for Floors is easy to use and goes on nicely. It also dries quickly do two coats in one day is doable.

Cant believe this stuff is made for floors… doesn’t last a year with light traffic, peels up, flakes away and looks horrible… Worst decision ever for my new wood floors - should have went with an oil based..

I’ve been using this for 6 years and I’m not...
I’ve been using this for 6 years and I’m not sure what happened but they must have changed the mixture. I bought 4 jugs to see if it was just a bad one and nope. All them them have bubbles even when mixing really good and then when it dries it leaves a powder like crust. Super disappointed. This used to be my go to for work.
