It looks good but hard to apply. I put 3 coats and it wasn’t enough. Had to order 2 more which took a couple weeks and when i started applying it my tub started to blister in some areas. Had to sand and reapply. So when u start make sure you have enough.
I bought the spray refinishing kit two months ago, I applied it after reading the instructions I applied it and now the quality was bad, it looks horrible, I do not recommend buying or using this product. poor quality!
See the pictures please.

I used this product to repaint old outdated pink tile in the bathroom. I used it on the tub and tile walls. Overall very satisfied! Looks like a completely different bathroom (I also painted the floor with Rustoleum Interior Floor Kit). It took three coats to cover the pink and gray completely. Unfortunately if you leave the paint out for more than a couple hours, even with the lid on, it will start to harden and be unusable. I’m sure it says this somewhere on the product I just didn’t pay attention. Should have only taken me two cans but I had to open a third due to the hardening. So it took me one full can and two half cans. I did notice some bubbling while painting but most of it smoothed out once it dried. NOTE: Use sponge brushes and sponge rollers! Bristle brushes will leave streaks!
It hasn’t been long enough for me to review how it holds up with water but as far as the look goes I’m satisfied!
I got this paint to fix a 2 bath tub and a sink. I painted the 1st bath and the sink. Went back to put the 2nd coat of paint on the bath tub and the paint started to bubble and come out. I called rust oleum to ask what I had done wrong. They said that I waited to long to put the 2nd coat of paint on. That your supposed to put it on 2 hours to 3 hours after the 1st coat on and that I had waited to long to put the 2nd coat on since I had waited 24 hours. It dose not say this any where on the instructions. So I waited 3 days to paint the sink. Which is a porcelain sink. I pant did not stick and tried to paint it again and the same thing happened it paint started bubbling in coming off. I sand to throw what paint I have the trash where this product belongs.

Something is amiss here, Ford. Please keep in mind that small bubbles will appear on the surface as you paint with Rust-Oleum Specialty Tub & Tile Paint. As the paint dries, the self-leveling properties will eliminate these bubbles. Thorough surface prep is essential with this product in ensuring the best adhesion. - Rust-Oleum Product Support 5
Use the recommended tools to apply re finisher, especially the roller! The product is watery the first coat and gets thicker as time passes. I applied 4 coats because it was transparent. I waited 60 minutes between first coat and 30 minutes for the next 3 because the product gets thicker and harder to roll with time. The odor is really strong and will smell for 24 hours. Kept bathroom door closed and window open for 3 days. Tub looks great!
I followed the directions, but the paint started to peel the first time I used the tub. I bought another kit to fix it, but that was a huge mistake. The paint bubbled and looks terrible.

Took three kits to cover every square inch of my entire retro blue tile bathroom. Follow the directions, wear a mask, and I definitely recommend rolling it in!!!! I had a large bathroom with Blue tile halfway up the walls BCL using the ceiling in the shower. Three kits was enough to cover the whole thing AND do three coats (it needed it). Worked great though! Highly recommend!
