Scratches
After careful research for an apron sink, I settled for the sinkology sink because of its guarantee to not chip or stain. After getting it installed for just two weeks I noticed stain/scratches on it. I tried to scrub it off but it wouldn’t come off. I’m really disappointed esp since I spent almost 500 for this sink. Currently reaching out to customer service and will update my review once I hear from them.

This sink is gorgeous. We’ve had it installed for a month and it’s been perfect. It’s very large, drains well and cleans up easily. We followed Sinkology’s instructions for installing and it wasn’t too difficult. It does take 2 people to set the sink as it is very heavy.

Do not stand behind their product
I purchased a home with the sinkology fireclay sink in my kitchen. I've lived in this home since it was brand new less than 2 years ago. I noticed a little crack and contacted customer service to inquire on how to fix it, but because they didn't give me a purchase receipt with the home they won't help me so I get to purchase a new sink because they have no recommendations on how to fix their product. I reassure that when I do purchase a new sink it will not have their name on it. It makes me wonder how companies that don't back their product stay in business..
