Extremely disappointed. Product did not work at all. Double checked connections, fuses, and batteries in the remote. Returned to local Home Depot for refund and received excellent service.

I purchase this product because of the Snow Bear name. I have a plow that I have been using for over 5 years and it has been a great tool for clearing snow. Because of the quality of the plow I purchased a few years ago I am very comfortable purchasing any Snow Bear product. I have been playing with salt spreader and it works really well. It is very easy to install, and the key chain remote works perfectly. The Snow Bear customer support answered all my questions. A really great feature is I did not have to do any additional wiring. The tow package on my truck and SUV makes it very simple. I can put it on my wife's SUV or my truck. I highly recommend this product.
