I bought this for my son 3 years ago. during the summer months and hot spring days, it's been on day and night for many days on end and keep on cooling. albeit his room is maybe 375 sf...have never had an issue, cools his room quickly n keeps on keeping on n pumping out cool air. I'm not sure why others have had issues with it. perhaps it's because it's not well ventilated. we keep his on a roller cart with a good 3 or so lift and good clearance from the walls. doesn't overheat or bog down...plus easy to move

Works very well. Would not have survived this past summer without it.

I only use last year in really hot summer and when it use it this july don't work anymore. Call but I did not get the answer before a year that I purchase it. I have 3 portable aircon including this one to help if its really hot.The two with different brand that I trusted still working.Just try out different brand but it disappoint me.Never I buy this brand again .

I just started running the unit and it’s blowing warm air and the water does not drain from the unit. I bought this piece of unit that does nothing. I want my money back or a replacement that works.

So easy to set up. Quickly cools down the kitchen.

Awesome AC definitely recommend it

I am pleased with the performance of this portable ac unit. I was plugging it into an extension cord but the cord got hot. It is plugged directly into an outlet now, and I had an electrician come check it out, just in case. I use it in my garage and it takes a couple of hours to cool down in this Texas heat, but within two hours it is comfortable. It will never be ice cold, so those of you who are looking for that, this is not the unit for you. But it works for my purposes and I would recommend it to anyone wanting to get a room a comfortable temperature. People say it is loud. It is a bit, but it does not bother me.

Works great! Warms up the entire room and beyond. I had bought the brand from Costco and it wasn’t worth a dime. I returned it and bought this one from Home Depot and it works perfectly. It’s a little loud, but they all are loud.

Thoroughly cooled our first floor which is quite large.

We've only had this portable AC in operation for a week and it is not performing as well as we had expected. The only coldness felt is around the output area, NOT any further. Now we're trying to decide whether to keep it, sell it or return it.

We have this set up in a small room and it does a more than adequate job keeping this room and the hallway nice and cool.

Makes a horribly loud noise.

Easy to move around, does a great job cooling off the room, not too noisy. Would recommend.

I haven't had to use it much yet this year, but I have turned it on. It cools quickly and is fairly quiet. The size is perfect for my small 2 bedroom apartment!

I HAVE 3 OTHER SPT AC'S AND THEY ARE ALL GREAT. I WANTED TO TRY THIS MODEL TO SEE HOW IT WAS. IT HAS THE SAME SPT BUILD QUALITY BUT DOES NOT PREFORM WELL. THE FAN IS NOT VERY POWERFULL AND APPEARS TO BE THE SAME ON LOW OR HIGH. THE OTHER PROBLEM IS THIS AC CONDENSATES REALLY BAD. IT GETS ALL OVER THE VENTS AND RUNS DOWN THE FRONT OF THE AC. IT ALSO GETS A SMALL POOL OF CONDENSATE ON THE TOP NEAR THE CONTROLS. IM NOT SURE HOW IT GETS ON TOP. I DONT KNOW WHY THIS ONE DID THIS. NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM WITH THE OTHER MODELS. THE ROOM IS NOT TOO HUMID BEGAUSE I ALREADY HAVE MY CENTRAL AC RUNNING LOW TO PULL THE HUMIDITY OUT. RETURNED THE AC NO PROBLEM. WILL JUST GO BACK TO THE OTHER MODEL.
