I see many folks state that this dishwasher does not have a drying option! If you just look at the control panel, then no, it doesn't. BUT if you notice...the last cycle has a long period where, it seems, nothing his happening. THIS is the time it's heating water to a high temperature creating a high temp. in the machine. Once water comes to about 150 degrees the machine pumps out all that water and an end of wash beep goes off. THE TRICK!!!.....open the door slightly to release the steam and leave it. The HOT dishes will dry very quickly. If you don't open the door the steam just condenses back to water and your dishes never dry!

There was a manufacturing flaw. The dish rack inside...
There was a manufacturing flaw. The dish rack inside the machine was too low and it obstructed the spray arm. With a wrench I had to bend the four wheels down a tiny bit so that the rack was held a little higher and the spray arm was thus free to spin around.

I love my dishwasher. It is perfect for 2-3 people. I have already recommended it to my brother. The ONLY thing I wish it had is an automatic off. You have to turn it off after it is finished washing dishes. Besides that, it is a welcome relief from handwashing dishes.

Works great, wish I would have bought sooner. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it is bigger than the dimensions given...still fits where I wanted it but a tighter fit than I'd have liked. Overall a very good purchase!

I wasn't able to hook up the hose to my faucet because it was the wrong kind and I didn't want to buy a specific kind of faucet to match. I like my faucet. Also the spinning device under the bottom basket couldn't spin because the basket touched it. I never got to really test out the item. After evaluating thproblems and the fact that it seemed actually a little large for my availability of space, I returned the item.

Good Purchase. A few hiccups.
The dishwasher works fine. Other than the occasional times the Detergent doesn't get dispersed because the detergent door is blocked. Also i had to purchase new dishes for this to be fully effective for my home because it only works for very small dishware. The Corelle dinnerware seems to be made for this dishwasher. That being said i doubt ill ever be able to fit 6 cups in there designated areas but i can live with that.

Everything we were looking for
This was a Christmas gift for my daughter who is in an apartment with no built in dishwasher. This product has been beyond what we expected. It's a perfect size for the countertop, it's quiet, it cleans the dishes, holds many pieces, easy to hook up and use, and it doesn't look like an eyesore in the kitchen. It actually looks like a large microwave. This may seem like a gimmicky appliance, but it is far from that. It is highly functional and serves its purpose well. There have been no leaks or accidents. We have been very, very pleased with this purchase.

Counter top dishwasher that does the job!
Very nice unit that cleans very well. Standard dish cycle does a great job. Haven't had the opportunity to try out the pots n pans cycle. A redesign on the dish try would be helpful. It's not very practical for the size of today's coffee cups.

Great Purchase
No problems setting up. It seems to be doing a great job of keeping the dishes clean. Make sure that you pay attention to the pamphlet describing how to place the dishes. Larger plates may seem as though they will not fit, but if put in the correct location, they fit fine.
Hand tighten and check the connections frequently to avoid leaks around the outlet and inlet of water. So far no problems with these. However, I warned my daughter that this could be a problem of losing up when disengaging it from the faucet.

Great Dishwasher at a Great Price
We are very happy with our purchase. The dishwasher is easy to hook up, is quiet, and does a good job of cleaning the dishes. My only complaint is that the door is difficult to open. I would have easily given it 5 stars if it weren't for that.

Waste of money
I've had this for a year. I've yet to have a load of dishes come out even remotely clean. They have been rinsed before, the water is extremely hot and the water pressure is great. I've tried three different detergent brands and three different types of those (gel, packet and powder). Nothing but disappointment. I keep hoping it will magically do better, since I have a chronic illness and could really use the help.

Only Lasted For About 2 Years
This dishwasher lasted only for about 2 yeas. It still fills with water, but won't go to the next cycle, the motor was not working.
Before it stopped working, it was making a strange noise. This dishwasher did not rinse well. I had to run another cycle to rinse the dishes well.

I think many of the people who gave 5 stars are those who absolutely hate washing dishes.
But I wanted this to make my daily routine easier. But it is not:
- you can not put plates that are larger than 10 inches in it.
- It is extremely small. You should wash your pans and bigger things yourself.
So you end up using this relatively big machine, which takes up some of the space your supposedly small kitchen, only for your side plates and small glasses s. The rest, you should do it yourself or run another cycle separately. Given that each cycle is 75 minutes long, and your kitchen's faucet can not be used during this time, this is not a good option.
So I recommend you t o wash your dishes yourself and avoid the hassle to buy this non-useful machine.

Pretty banged up
There were multiple dents in the unit - side, top underneath - the one on the underside was so bad it warped the interior and the rack would not stay on the tracks - nor could I fit 10" dinner plates.
I am waiting for the company to send a replacement - meanwhile I needed it for Summer visitors and that is not happening - very disappointed.

Just what I needed!
My kitchen's very small - no room for a built in dishwasher - but the countertop size is just perfect for me. I wash dishes about every 3 to 4 days and they come out so clean! It doesn't use a lot of water either. I am very happy with my purchase.
