Walls arrived cracked. Very poor packaging. Apparently a repeat problem with this company/model. Had to go with a different company, and delayed us for about four weeks.

Falsely advertised with a width of 33 inches. Home Depot never seems to have the correct measurements for their products online. It’s becoming impossible to order any materials and expect what you asked for.

Took me a long time to install as I was replacing a shower unit with this tub & surround plus I'm slow. :( About 2" deeper than our other tub which we thought was deepest on market. It is very clean looking and retains the temperature of the room so you're not stepping into a cold tub. Installation instructions are pretty complete except for us novices that had a little trouble determining exactly what was meant at times. It also is a little higher off the floor so could install on basement floor without raising it for drain clearance. Not really about the tub but water valves don't allow any volume adjustment, just temperature. I think that's a bummer.

Service was Ok, but there was a dent on the tub. Had to return it

The item arrived damaged, not once but twice. Maybe I'm the fool, but we are not awaiting our third replacement tub. These damaged deliveries have caused significant delays for a project that should have been completed months ago. Very disappointed with Sterling and Home Depot.

Was pretty easy to install. Sadly it was cracked and for how long I waited and how long it would have taken to replace I kept it and sealed the crack in the wall. Hopefully the tub won’t crack too.

Was little tricky getting drain unit installed but gave a little more room to maneuver under tube than others. My only complaint is had to wait 2 + months to get sterling surround to go with this tub .

I really liked the style of this tub and the shower walls we ordered. Unfortunately the 1st three we received were chipped and had to be returned. The 4th had no visible signs of damage but was received without one of the required supports. Estimated time to receive the part was 10 to 14 days. With walls torn town to studs, only 1 bathroom in the house and having to stay at a hotel until install was complete Home Depot was gracious enough to allow us to swap for different manufacturer's tub and tub walls that were in stock at the store. Thank you Home Depot.

We returned it. Had scratches.

I am satisfied with the Sterling tub, however I am disappointed that Kohler does not provide a suitable over-flo cover for the tub. It seems there is not an after market cover that fits the curvature of the tub properly. I contacted Kohler customer service to see if there was a cover that would fit the tub properly, they said that they do not make hardware for their products. Disappointing.

Plumber didn't have any installation issues. Assuming the finish lasts a very good value.

The tub arrived earlier than expected! While it is beautiful, it did have a good sized scratch in the upper right back corner (right where it was easily visible). I called Kohler. They told me they couldn't guarantee that it could be repaired without photos and I'm not sure if the scratch would show well in a photo as the tub is currently still in garage awaiting installation. The Kohler rep suggested that my best course of action would be to work with Home Depot for return/replacement. I then called Home Depot and they were so great! The rep emailed me a return label and is in the process of sending a carrier to pick up the damaged tub. (I live in a rural area 65 miles from the nearest Home Depot). They are not charging me return shipping and are refunding me in full. The rep even placed my order for a replacement which will arrive within the next week! Home Depot was so easy to work with on this matter. The 4 stars is only because the product was damaged. If I were rating only Home Depot, I'd give 5 stars!

One of the worst products I have had. Tub did not have clips and another plastic piece missing. Took 1 month to get. Went to put in and found out the bottom supports were broke. Company finally gave me a certificate for Warranty to replace tub, told me I did not have to return tub to store. Thank goodness I kept tub, because I had to return this tub to get another one through the certificate exchange. It took 6 weeks to get tub special order and when it arrived it was also broke. I ended up getting my money back and buying a different sterling model. We will see how this one goes....

After doing a lot of reasearch, I was looking to replace my cast iron tub during my bathroom renovation. I decided to go with carbon fibor due to its strength and durability. The tub fit perfectly in place of the old one, and looks great from an aesthetic perspective and functionaly. I have not had a chance to use it yet, as renovations are still in progress.

Although this is installed, it has not been used yet. We purchased it for a rental unit. It's shiny and pretty and arrived quickly and in good condition. Looks great in the rental..

Awesome tub! It is perfect for the job of redoing our bathroom.

Works perfectly in our space.

This is a good lightweight tub. It has ten feet underneath and lots of reinforcing ribs. Since it is an extra deep tub, you may need to custom make the overflow and drain pipes. Also, because of the extra height you will not be able to lower it into an alcove without extra room. Otherwise, so far it has been a good addition.

Product arrived with a crack across the front skirt

Terrible tub. It looks very nice. We ordered 1 because the price was low and it looked nice. Also it was deep for soaking. It arrived after a week and when we opened the box it had a big crack in the side. We called and homedepot was very good about and ordered us a new one. The second tub arrived today and it also has a crack in it! Poorly made tub. Not homedepot's fault, just a cheap piece of junk.
