I ordered 29 of these rugs. Received 26. Even Home Depot could see that with the multiple Federal Express tracking numbers they had for the shipments (all to one location), they were missing 3 rugs. Home Depot told me to contact Savavieh directly for the missing 3 rugs. I've reached out multiple times and left messages with them, NOTHING. When you spend close to $30K on something, you expect better customer service. I will have to file a claim. Not happy at all with this purchase. The rugs themselves are fine. The service is awful.

Gorgeous -- looks as good in-person as online. The colors are accurately depicted. The dark blue is a smoky denim color; the light blue has a bit of light teal in it. The colors are saturated without tending toward neon. The rug looks much more expensive than it is. It's also very soft underfoot.

I loved this rug. The colors were bright and fun...
I loved this rug. The colors were bright and fun and added a lovely flair of Boho style to the room. We decided though, that this was not the design style we were trying to create in our dining room. I wish I had another use for it. Next time we redecorate, I will go for this!

good area rug to liven up a room
Lightens and brightens our north-facing living room. Colours somewhat muted so not overpowering. Compliments hardwood floor. Would have preferred thicker pile but good value for the money. This rug was sent from the US to Canada and arrived on time.

We love the colors, design, and quality of the rug. Unfortunately, the pile is too high to fit inside our front door on our slate tile floor. It now sits in our family room as an accent rug in front of our tv/entertainment console.

The Perfect Rug for a Foyer or small area accent.
The product was received well packaged and in good condition. The carpets design and color scheme is perfect for an area where you don’t want an “In your face” bright color or pattern. The colors are subtle and have the ability to enhance wall, floor or furniture colors in the immediate area. The product is well constructed and has a 1/4" threaded border that will aid in it’s long use. I would recommend this product.
