Title says 9x12 but was delivered and it’s not 9 ft. Found out after it was delivered and threw away old rug. Small description on site says 8.5 x 12. What is this Home Depot? It”a 9 ft, just kidding! Change the title to 8 1/2. 6 inches makes a difference.

Love this rug. Very thick, plush and comfy, even to lie on. Will definitely buy another Milan for other rooms.

Love this carpet. It is so soft and was the perfect rug to step out on from bed! The edges lay flat from the beginning. Would highly recommend!

Color was as expected. Feels plush. Because it's 10' x 14', we haven't been able to unfold it in the space it's intended for yet to know how easily creases can be removed.

I purchased this in Aqua Blue and it is beautiful. Love the color and the shag is very dense, making it feel luxurious underfoot. I just wish the Milan came in other colors that I wanted, and I’d purchase more.

This is extremely dense and soft rug. Excellent product for the money. I have two and wouldn’t hesitate recommend. Really love them . Used vacuum immediately after laying out and suck up very little material so indicates high quality. Love them

Ordered this rug online and received it almost immediately. I love the feel of it and is a perfect fit for the bedroom. Some of mentioned the smell of these rugs. I had detected more odor in the plastic wrapping than in the rug. Whatever little there had been dissipated within a few days. Also, I opted not to place a pad underneath the rug. It really doesn't need it especially in a bedroom. Honestly, I love this rug and would definitely purchase it again. It's neutral Ivory shade compliments any room color.
