Definitely a little hard on your feet if you like to walk around your house barefoot. The fiber smell dissipates after a few days but smells like very strong catnip when first opened up. Overall a great rug and a nice neutral for the entryway of my home

Inexpensive and practical way to add texture and tie together colors in a room. I love this rug. I used the 5'x8' in my open plan foyer where I have two oriental rugs in adjacent spaces. This is a nice tie in and also contrast and adds a lot of nice texture. It also seems quite practical for a foyer. As some have commented it is not a comfy rug - don't buy it for a room where you plan to sit on the floor. I was impressed by the choice of sizes and also colors for the border. In fact, though I found a slightly lower price at an online only retailer I chose Home Depot because I wanted to try out the blue and the red and the other retailer would have had me pay for return shipping. Instead I took the one I didn't choose to my local home depot. Came well packaged.

I like the natural fiber material and the neutral tone of this area rug. It also appears to be quite durable for heavy traffic area. It can also be easily cleaned with a vacuum or a damp cloth. The only downside is that it is not very soft to walk on with bare feet. The fiber material is hard and course and some people may find this displeasing.

Really nice rug!
This is a fantastic 4x6 rug that really shows its high quality materials and finish very well. It looks great on hardwoods and is pretty comfortable to walk around on. Comes with nicely finished tapered edges and a nice, soft underside that looks fairly non-slip. The pattern is really nice, traditional and clean. Seems easy enough to clean. Came really well packaged and looks like it will last for quite a while. Highly recommend!

Had one before and loved it but I spilled wax and I needed a new one. This one has a lot of imperfections and I’m not wild about it.

Thank you for your review. Creases of rugs can happen. There are few suggestions you may want to consider to reduce this: • Back rolling/ Reverse rolling the rug (leave it back rolled for 48-72 hours)- place heavy furniture on rug while back rolled/ reverse rolled to keep it from unraveling • Use indoor rug/carpet tape-tape down corners of the rug to secure and flatten the ends of your rug. • Use a rug pad to prevent slipping and sliding • Use a rug gripper for hardwood flooring • Vacuum the rug where the creases are located • Simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle *These creases/waves/bumps will normally flatten-out on their own so in most cases you can simply allow ample time for your rug or runner to settle. If you’ve tried all of these suggestions, and this did not remove the creases or flatten the ends, I would strongly advise you to can get in touch with the vendor you purchased from for a return. Please be aware that vendors have their own return policy’s, please reach out to your vendor and see if you are able to return/exchange/replace/ this rug. Please remember these creases are not permanent! Safavieh
