This rug is exactly what I was looking for. The color was perfect. It was a little shorter than 8 x 10 as other customers said, but there was a disclaimer in the description, so I was prepared for that. It’s not the most comfortable on bare feet, but since I’m using it in a low traffic area it works fine. One other caution….the instructions say to use a non-roller brush to vacuum. I wasn’t expecting that.

Shipped folded = creases won't come out
Shipping technique should be included in product info because a natural fiber rug should never be folded. We've purchased four of these rugs. The first three came rolled up and are beautiful. The fourth was folded, creased, and unacceptable. We followed instructions included and rolled it for over two weeks, setting it aside. We then laid it flat for two days, and creases were no better. Returned at our store, and the staff agreed - unacceptable. Sad because I really wanted this rug.
