Safer Brand Lawn Restore is a quality lawn product. Put it on your lawn before it rains. You will notice it start to become greener in two days. The best time to fertilize your lawn is in the fall; I did not have the opportunity to do that since it was the beginning of summer when it was applied. The true test of "Lawn Restore" will come in the fall when the roots of your grass should benefit from several applications of the product.

Parts of my lawn were looking bad after last year. Got this down to see if it would help repair parts of it. Just to let you know it smell a lot like manure so be prepared . I set my scott's broadcast spreader on 10 . The pellets of this are much larger than normal fertilizer. I put it down just before it rain this helps to dissolve the pellets. After several rains the grass started looking much better.

I always wanted to try this product for my lawn but it was always more costly than regular fertilizer. I applied this about ten days ago and followed the instructions to the letter. My spreader setting was nine as per the bag and i kept it watered for the first four days. There has been little to no greening of the lawn or any excessive top growth so it is probably working on the root system. I will say this product smells awful as my wife complained to me. Only time will tell if this product gets me some noticeable results.

It has only been 10 days since I applied what formerly was called Ringer's Lawn Restore and is now called just Lawn Restore. I have used Ringer's in the past and am hopeful the new product is equally as effective.

Restoring the ecosystem in the ground for my lawn is a project I’ve been working on, direct composting in the soil to attract worms and other critters, and boosting the beneficial bacteria in the lawn. Lawn Restore helps nurture this ecosystem, feeding the bacteria so nature can work to keep things healthy and happy. Deeper root systems, better water usage, fewer weeds and better nutrient absorption by the lawn means my kids can enjoy a nicer lawn year-round. Non-toxic is important to me; my kids and dogs can be in the lawn area after application. This is a huge advantage. Broadcast it out, water it in, and keep the lawn moist for the next few days, then make sure the lawn gets an inch of water once or twice per week. This 9-0-2 Lawn Restore from Safer should be awesome for us! I’m really looking forward to seeing the results of this no phosphate fertilizer.

This Safer Brand Lawn Restore fertilizer is doing a good job on my existing lawn which had not been fertilized in quite some time. I do see the start of some improvement in the lawn after about two weeks. One side benefit of this fertilizer is that it does not have the manure smell that you might find in some fertilizers. I liked the fact that this fertilizer does not have any phosphates which can cause a problem with run-off into streams and rivers. The directions do advise to be sure to keep the fertilizer from being overspread onto walks and driveways, so you should still use this product responsibly. The bag also has a list of the most common spreader settings so you are not "in the dark" about how much to apply. I recommend this fertilizer because it does work!

Many states have outlawed phosphate in lawn fertilizers making the use of typical milorganite an issue in some places, Here's a natural alternative. This granulated, slow-release lawn fertilizer provides balanced fertility (9N-0P-2K). Derived from aminoaAcid proteins, distiller grains, soybean meal, soybean hulls and sulfate of potash plus there is no manure odor. On normal lawns, apply in spring, summer and fall at 4-8 lb/1,000 sq ft. with a drop or rotary spreader. On lawns with more than 1/2" of thatch or problem lawns, apply 4 times a year and core aerate in spring or fall. Simple to apply. I use it in the late fall as my lawn is healthy and well established.

I spread Lawn Restore on my lawn and it's greening up already. My soil is not the best and I am continually getting bare spots. I have tried other fertilizers with little success. The Lawn Restore goes to work right away, no waiting days or weeks as with other fertilizers. The directions are on the bag that shows you the amount to use for a drop or rotary spreader. It should give you a fuller lawn as well as aiding in a strong root system They recommend you apply it in spring, summer, fall and early winter.

Our lawn was suffering from too much rain last rainy season in Florida, and many bare spots from salt-water-pool overflow, and weeds; two applications, a month between the applications, and the lawn is growing thicker and filling in some spots; easy application as this product drops to the ground from the spreader, (unlike fertilizer granules that spray out sideways, gets into the pool and stains, this product did not); highly recommend Safer Lawn Restore to get the correct balance back into the soil for stronger grass, will purchase again!

Very good organic fertilizer I started using this last year and now this year and my lawn looks fantastic. It's a little pricey but well worth it.

I put down three bags of Lawn Restore on part of my lawn, I saw no difference in my law.

Incredible product, surpassed my expectations.

No significant difference. Application was easy. Smell was as expected however a little harsher than other organic fertilizers. Did not encounter any burning as others described . Problem here is it didn’t deliver what it promised. No greener than before and it did not help the grass seed to germina

Love this product. Totally organic doesn’t burn. I did a soul test on my lawn and it recommended I use an organic with the same amount of N P K that this product had.

I had great hopes for this fertilizer because my grass was so thin and the roots were shallow. I followed the directions and it's been almost 2 weeks and I see no sign of greening or improvement.

This product worked great for our overseeding!

this is great stuff a little pricey but worth it.I recently went to a more natural approach to my lawn and I bought Ringer lawn restore II.I had been thinking of doing this for some time now and finally did it, Well the lawn looks great and is growing as predicted I now mulch instead of bag and mow more often for smaller grass clippings and it is paying off.So give it a try what do you got to loose?
