Disappointed
Just received it and I'm immediately looking for a replacement. There's such limited space and absolutely no creativity when it comes to moving things around. the only place a gallon of milk can fit is in the door unless you want to risk keeping it on its side. There is only one shelf you can only move and it only moves 1 inch. I cant fit my water filter anywhere except in the bottom shelf of the door as well and its unable to share the space with anything else.

Needs a surge protector.
We bought this refrigerator 11 months ago. This summer, we had same problem as others report, with temperature going haywire, needing to unplug and plug in again to reset it. So, we bought a little surge protector, connected it between the wall outlet and the refrigerator's power cord. So far, so good. My theory is: summer thunderstorms somehow freaked out the electronics behind the temperature control. I hope this works. We like the look of the fridge and all other features.

My new refrigerator

doesn't last long, buyer beware
I bought this unit 1 year ago for home remodeling. it took half a year to finish everything because of Covid. so technically I have only used this fridge for 6 month. it started to display the wrong temperature recently so that it won't enter the cooling mode. only way to make it display the correct temperature is to unplug and plug the chord back in. it will start working for few days and then the same problem appear again. my 10+ years old fridge never had any problem and still going strong.

HAS STOPPED COOLING/FREEZING
We bought this refrigerator less than a year ago in a suite along with other kitchen appliances. It has stopped cooling/freezing multiple times. The smart things app has never alerted us of a problem, we have just come home and all of our food is defrosted and warm. Very disappointed in this product. We have been using our 10 year old garage refrigerator instead. See photos: inside panel showing the temperature, and melted ice cream.

Upgrade in technology
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the upgrades that Samsung offer with their appliances. From connecting to your phone, to energy saving, to the sleek modern designs. Even the inside functionality and big shelves to fit everything you need! The real test was this Thanksgiving. This refrigerator definitely passed the test. Our guests loved the no handle look and the black stainless steel and no fingerprints! Win win win. Cannot go wrong here. My wife added bins and lazy Susan's inside to maximize space and accessibility. The kids love it too they don't need to ask for help anymore to reach something. This also results in less food waste because we can easily see everything and remember what was purchased. Overall amazing experience.

Super functional

Which makes life easier. No bending over for the adults. The kids can easily open it and grab what they need. Everything is in clear view for quick access. The freezer has plenty of space for our daily needs. Very easy to clean no pesky fingerprints everywhere. Definitely happy we were able to purchase. Most likely will purchase a Similar version for my mom to make things easier for her too!!

Nice replacement for my RV

Would recommend a model with handles though, it took a while to get used to grabbing the hidden handles and the stainless steel get smudged if I’m not careful. Other than that I’m satisfied with the refrigerator, it keeps my food & drinks cold!!

Like The Samsung Black Stainless Refrigerator
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product because it is space-saving and having the freezer on the bottom makes it so much easier. I like that it has interior LED lighting and that it can cooperate with my local energy provider to save energy as we are on one of their smart energy plans.
I would say the downside is that within a few months some of the plastic door trays for holding condiments and such are cracking and that the black stainless steel finish immediately chipped. We are careful with our appliances and yet the finish is not quite perfect and we've had a few dents as well.
I love the look of it overall and the ease of use.

Serious design flaw!!!

The ice machine fills the tub so high that cubes routinely fall through the opening at the back, slide down into the bottom floor and then right out and onto my floor when I push the freezer door in. Really bad deal and no way, as far as I can see, to correct it. Serious oversight by Samsung.

Quit cooling and needed to be reset
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator worked well for the first 4 months. I just returned from a 5 day vacation to find the refrigerator at 55 degrees and the freezer at 35 degrees. I had to dispose of everything in the refrigerator and several items that were thawed in the freezer. After resetting the refrigerator it now is beginning to cool again. There was no alert through "smart things" that the refrigerator was not cooling. Be cautious of trusting this refrigerator.

Stainless dents veryyyyyyyy easily.
Everything else is great but I wish I would've thought of the durability of the stainless door covers. They are very thin and it pushes in with a finger push.

Perfect size for my needs!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a counter depth fridge that was no more than 32” wide. And an ice maker was a must have. This fit the bill. I have a couple issues. No where close to enough light inside the refrigerator. The shelves are not set up for enough flexibility for taller items. The ice maker produces ice well, it just makes the freezer section very cold while on and icing things in the freezer. If you need a refrigerator for a tight space, this is a good purchase.

Doors remain skewed, TERRIBLE customer service
Bought the fridge knowing Samsung's notoriety for lousy customer service. And so far, the company has lived up to its reputation. After installation and levelling, I noticed the doors were not the same "depthness" -- for lack of a better word. I emailed Samsung, it replied with the solution I already tried: use the Allen key to move the doors up and down. Yes, I got that part from reading the manual, thank you. That wasn't the issue. The issue is the doors are LEVEL but they don't sit at the same DEPTH into the fridge. It's been almost 3 weeks now since the first reply, I've sent two other messages to no avail, and live chat is over an hour wait each time.
Meanwhile, I had an issue with a GE oven, emailed, got a reply right away, and my case was sent to a technician right away. What a difference! Both appliances purchased from Home Depot.
It was unfortunate that Samsung was the only company that made an affordable fridge this style and size and counter-depth. It's a nice fridge, just wish the doors had flush corners and Samsung would answer my replies.
