cheap product drawers cannot be fully cleaned
The fronts of the drawers each have an area into which debris slides and is no way to clean it out even if some Samsung rep gets on here and replies with a set of instructions that claims you can (I keep seeing them do that when people point out design flaws.) No, it cannot be fully cleaned. There will always be a very obvious row of debris, very unsightly and unhygienic, at the front of each door. Perhaps the appliance designers should clean a model before it is released for sale.

    I love the bottom freezer! I dislike that you can only open it from the top and not the center of the doors. It easily allows me to see what is on my shelves and I love the ability to control the temperature more accurately! I do wish I had a small drawer to store lunch meats and cheesees, but i'm making it all work! Yes, it meets, my expectations

    French doors and bottom freezer are the bomb!
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this frig to replace a malfunctioning brand purchased in August 2023 and replaced once. So far, love it. Freezer in the bottom of the frig is a necessity for a tall husband. He doesn’t have to get on his knees to see what’s in the frig anymore. Love the French doors, never had them before. Only thing missing is a cheese drawer, but it’s a pretty frig. Thanks!

      Horrible Refrigerator
      We had problems with this refrigerator within 9 months of purchase. The problems are extensive. Leaking water at the freezer bottom. Leaking water under the crisper drawers. The water then freezes and we have to manually chip it out every 3 weeks. Save yourself from buying this mistake. I will never consider buying a Samsung appliance ever again.

        Horrible
        Horrible fridge. It is almost new and just stops working every now and then. We lose all the food. No clue how to get service. We unplug it and hard reset and it starts again for another few months. But usually it is up to 50-60 degrees in the fridge for a day or so before we notice. It has gone out twice while we were out of town. Is it a software issue? or a bad thermostat?

          Fridge works great however the freezer does not always seal propely (you have to slam it shut) and it does not have an alarm to notify you so I have had a few times of thawed/expired food

            NOISY!!!
            I do not see any complaints on here about people having issues with noise. My fridge sounds like a box fan on moderate speed when it's on. I had service tech come out, he said it's normal. I'm writing this review to warn people that after 2 days Home Depot takes themselves out of the return policy. I will say a customer service representative from HD tried to help me but no success. She basically referred me back to the same repair company. Another warning, Frigidaire customer support is based in the Philippines and its the ONLY contact number. I basically am stuck with a bad fridge. Just heads up, hoping other brands are more empathetic and helpful if you need support.

                  Happy with it so far. It is counter depth and no handles sticking out in the way, works well in a narrow kitchen. That is what I like. I also am tired of water and ice in the door. They sometimes leak water on the floor or drop an ice cube that no one will pick up. This one has ice inside.
