The exterior is plastic...thought it was actual stainless. Other than it's a great fridge.

Very little to say except completely satisfied. Installation was performed with a smile and the refrigerator has performed flawlessly in the 2+ weeks since installation. It's more than big enough for any future or current needs.

LOVE my Samsung Side by Side Refrigerator. Beautiful Black Stainless and NO FINGERPRINTS!! Delivery and installation was problem-free.We're getting used to the cold settings as the freezer was set too high and made the ice cream too frozen to scoop. We prefer this over our previous fridge with a drawer freezer. Now we have a place just for frozen pizzas. Also, enjoying the ice maker compartment that comes out way easier than our (LG) did. Would give 5 stars but the control panel is a little tough to see without direct lighting but overall, very happy with this affordable fridge with an outstanding 10 year compressor warranty.

The ice machine isn’t working how do I go about getting it fixed or looked at

Overall good product for the price the ice dispenser shoots out ice all over so you need a larger cup to keep it from getting all over floor

Just bought so far good

This fridge is only 3 yrs old. The freezer frosts bad, then the fan is really loud. The ice box is broken as well as the casing around it, the vegetable drawer is cracked. For $1000 and 3 yrs for an appliance to break down?!! Will never buy Samsung again. Everyone in our neighborhood complains about their horrible Samsung refrigerator also. Their products are crap. I have an oven and microwave also by them. The handles and knobs are plastic parts and break easily.

Works real well so far. I like how you can turn off the ice maker so easily.Runs so quietly I can barely hear it run. Unlike my old one, it NEVER gets loud.Could use 1 less freezer drawer and needs 1 deli drawer.

This replaced an LG from 10 years ago. Wow, things have changed. Nice and quiet, easy to control, easy to push out for cleaning. Excellent refrigerator for the money. I prefer the door to door style, puts everything at eye level. Makes lots of ice. Very happy with purchase.

only have had this fridge for 3 years and i'm constantly having to thaw/defrost every 6 mo this or so. samsung will not do anything about it since my warranty has expired.

What's not to like? The delivery people were considerate and professional, taking care not only of the unit, but also the floors, walls & trims of my home. And, they cleaned up afterwards, removing the container & packing debris. The refrigerator is fantastic. I am pleased with my choice, size, color and capabilities. And the price didn't have the sticker shock this senior citizen was afraid of. I've had it now a month and it hasn't done anything to change my mind about it.

Recieved new Frig today. Decided to pull out the ice bucket and realized the ice maker assembly was laying in the bucket. Apparently Samsung decided the screws that hold it in are optional. This was after dealing with a broken leveling foot on the brand new stove because they had it in cross threaded at an angle. Not impressed with Samsung. I shouldn't have to fix new appliances!!

I am happy with my refrigerator.

Nice appearance but when you want to get ice and water at night, you can't see a thing. There is not a light to turn on or anything !!!

I'm really enjoying the ice in the door and a drink of really cold water now and then. It's a great refrigerator that will give me years of service. The Samsung is bigger than I thought it would be. I've must have had a counter-to-counter refrigerator before. I was really worried about how the Installer's were going to get it in but they after all are professionals and know how. Great refrigerator and great service.

As expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] after two years my similar model the condensor is dying. i clean the coils area out regularly for dust but that didnt help. waist of money
