[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first new dishwasher in 15 years. Like the fingerprint-resistant finish. Cleans and dries well as long as you use a JetDry type addition to the wash as the service technician recommended. It is fairly quiet during the wash cycle and does make a slight buzzing sound during the dry cycle. I like the convenience of the control panel on top of the door. As with all dishwashers, the cleaning time takes quite a while, even the 60-minute quick wash/dry setting. It does save on water use though, compared to washing dishes by hand all the time. I do find the color of the silverware section's small divided spaces for silverware hard to see well if you do not have bright lighting in your kitchen. Overall, very happy with my decision on this dishwasher.

Bought this as a package deal from Samsung for all the appliances. The dishwasher failed after a year and started leaking all over. Suggestion to others don’t buy this dishwasher. Check the pictures on how I am using it currently until I buy a new one.

Has not work since installed! Leaks whenever you turn it on. Worst dishwasher ever. Please avoid!

So we ordered everything in a bundle. They came in and installed it and it was super quick and easy. The guys showed me how to use it and were very helpful. First time I used it,wow! I didnt rinse any dishes just put them in there and when the cycle was done.omg the dishes came out spotless. I can fit alot of dishes in there,so the size is perfect. The style is so nice and I'm definitely happy with out purchase. It's easy to keep clean and the buttons are easy to read.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Dishwasher 4 months ago and I am very happy with it so far.It dries the dishes great,when using the Jet Dry liquid.It might not have all the bells and whistles like some more expensive models or brands,but sometimes that could be a good thing.Less things to possibly go wrong,and more user friendly.

The rack arrangement was a bit confusing so I had to check out the instructions but it really gets every dish and bowl clean. I also recommend a good stainless cleaner to keep your washer looking brand new. Best investment yet!

It has been just shy of 2 years since I bought this, and it was GREAT....when it worked. The "normal" light started blinking, which indicates there's a leak. No water is coming out of the dishwasher, until I took the thing out and tilted it. Water had gathered in the bottom pan, and causing the sensor to stop the dishwasher from working. Cannot find a leak anywhere. Wiped up the water and put it back in. I think it worked for 1 cycle, then started doing the same thing. This time it lasted about 3 weeks. 3rd time, and didn't even last a cycle. Contacted Samsung, and since I'm 1 yr out of warranty, they made an exception to cover parts. The labor alone will cost about $288, before diagnosing...so may cost even more after the diagnostics. Who knows how long that fix will last. Might as well buy a new dishwasher. I buy everything Samsung, so this was a big disappointment. Will probably not buy another Samsung dishwasher.

The bottom rack does an OK job but the top rack its completely hit or miss. I've tried many different soaps, under-loading the dish washer, organizing the top rack every possible way, etc. Nothing works, I usually have to re-wash 50% of the dishes on the top rack every time. My assumption is the washer just doesn't use enough water, it keeps rinsing with filthy water and then dries the dishes with the sediment all over them so they have to be scrubbed. I wish there was an extra rinse function. Maddening, my old, cheap dishwasher at my previous home did a significantly better job and I didn't have to think about it. This one works poorly even when I try my best to load it perfectly and never fill it. Very frustrating. I will say though, the dish washer is very quiet and I do love the door opening dryer function. That's all I have to say that's positive.

Quiet wash cycle, the front material isn't that sturdy, you can its a sheet of stainless steel surround. But overall I am satisfied.

Maybe because it was about to give out, IDK. The Samsung one is spacious and hardly makes a noise. In person it looks so beautifully shiny and elegant. Pictures do not do it justice from my camera phone. I would definately recommend Samsung to anyone. Have used their various items for years.

It isn’t the quietest dishwasher but it definitely deliverers on the cleanliness of my dishes. I no longer have to soak dishes for hours and then place them in the dishwasher to make sure they come out looking spotless. Now I just throw them all in and press start and I don’t have to worry about a thing! Ever household needs a dishwasher that’s no doubt and this brand has yet to let me down and as I get to add another Samsung appliance to my house I’m adding another 5 star review because this brand is just that good.

I love that I can adjust the top rack to be higher or lower to accommodate my larger pots. With two toddlers I really put this dishwasher to the tests with stuck on food and they have come out sparking clean. It recommended a drying liquid on the door and that has really been helpful because I don't have to hand dry the dishes! I love this dishwasher and highly recommended it!

I can't believe how quiet And amazing this Dishwasher is. I just have to get used to all the new settings. The durability and fabrication of this product is remarkable! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, let's be real.... This model is not the biggest baddest kid on the block, but for the price it's pretty dang SOLID. I could have dropped triple the price for a dishwasher that syncs to the internet or streams Netflix but is that going to make my dishes any cleaner?. No... With this model we have a very clean looking dishwasher that is not too loud and scrubs the heck out of my dishes.. I threw in a test load that included some pretty dirty little dishes along with our wine glasses from the night and things turned out sharp and fresh.. We didn't even use the JetDry cleaner thingy and still had clean wine glasses (which to me is a big deal).. Must have been the super turbo 9000 washing modules..There's some kind of excess food trap thing in the bottom that the instructions showed was easy to clean--(so I've got that going for me-HA!)..anyway, great product for the cost. If you want to spend triple the amount, you can go buy R2D2 but this model works just fine..

Very cheap internals, melting pieces already and it has been installed for less than 3 months. Need a return and upgrade!

I like this dishwasher a lot. It is very quiet and the express wash handles cleaning most loads. If desired there are much longer cycles to handle pots and pans, etc. I also like the delay option so I can set it to run while we are sleeping. I have had it about a month and all is working well.

Great product and value looks amazing in kitchen

i am pleasantly pleased with my new samsung dw80r2031 series dishwasher. it does run a little longer while cleaning than standard dishwashers, but there is no need to pre-rinse your dishes. my dishes came out spotless and spot free without a bunch of watermarks or soap scum residue. the dishwasher is fairly quiet while it’s running with the exception of when the water runs into the sink (which is expected). the touch control buttons are conveniently hidden so little fingers do not disturb them or you don’t have to worry about someone bumping into it and cutting it on. the system is user friendly for those who might be afraid of modern technology, however, i love samsung electronics and products and this certainly did not disappoint.

our first load was super successful. over the next few days we kept filling up. i've been a pre washer my entire life this dishwashers add says "scrape the scrubbing" while it's a hard habit to break i tried. the dishwasher did well, but i'll keep my prewash game. it worked well if dishes were washed asap, but anything that sat for a couple of hours didn't work as well and if you put on that heat dry your gunna have to soak it. overall it looks great, it's quieter than my last dishwasher. the cycles are shorter than my last which is great especially for a larger family, or when we have events i'm able to wash more. i will continue to prewash but overall still very satisfied with our new dishwasher.
