Sleek Look. Great functionality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received my new 29 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator with Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker RF29A9671SR/AA. The delivery went well. I decided to hook up myself, so that I could time when I wanted to transfer the food. I love the sleek look. The separate area and door for water (door within a door) is great. It is really east to keep clean. What fingerprints do show up are easy to remove, Pretty resistant to smudges. I was not sure about having to scoop the ice out, but it works well. Love that two sizes of ice are available. I really like that I can see my food so much better that in my old drawer fridge. I have set the flex zone as an additional freezer. Works great. I am very pleased at how quiet the Samsung is! I left the door open on purpose to see how the alarm works. It is loud enough to warn you it is open, without being a pain! I have not hooked the WIFI up yet, but will report on that soon. At this point having a glitch putting this fridge into my smart things app. Sure it is operator error. I will report when I get resolved. So far great!!!!.

    The fridge has been nothing about amazing
    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were a bit worried if we would actually be able to get it inside our home. The installers were great and careful with it. They managed to get it inside without dismantling the door. They did a good job installing it, hauling away the old fridge and cleaning up after. The fridge in itself has a clean-cut look. It sleek and functions really well. We really like the water dispenser inside as otherwise we have seen with other fridges that it becomes an eyesore soon enough. This is a nice and big fridge, the lighting inside is great. So much space inside. and as an added bonus you can configure the bottom right part as either a fridge or a freezer. We use it as a fridge as we don't have much frozen stuff at home. It's doing a great job at keeping the items fresh in the fridge. The smart functionality was super easy to configure and I get alerts on my phone whenever the door is kept open for long. The ice cube and chips functionality is great. My dad loved it for his daily drink. It took a while to start after the fridge was setup. But it soon filled up within a day. Overall in a few weeks of usage we find it really good in comparison to what we had before. It's certainly worth the cost.

I also love that it notifies me when one of the kids keeps the door open too long.

          Beautiful functional refrigerator
          [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my beautiful new fridge now for about a month. To start on the outside I love the fingers resistance finish, no tacking grab bars and the sleep look and balance of the four doors. Inside, let’s just start with talking about the space!!! There is so much space for storage and I love that there is no bulky ice maker on the insider. The shelves are easy to clean and there is plenty of room in the door cubby’s for condiment and drink storage. There are two pull out drawers which are really large, I do wish they would have had one large drawer instead though. I would have loved to purchase additional add on drawers but that wasn’t an option I guess. The built in UV deodorizer works well to keep the inside smelling fresh! The beverage center has been so awesome, I was weary at first because we always just used a dispenser in the past, but the pitcher fills up water so much faster! I love that I can fill up all three of my daughters cup on one pour. It fills up automatically in less than 1 min and holds 48 oz. If you wanted you could use the infuser too to add flavor. I also like the easy to open sleek panel that hides the beverage center. The bottom left door is the freezer where the two ice maker bins are. One bin is small crunchy ice and the other is larger ice. It makes a lot of ice and has been able to keep up with our family of 5, when our previous fridge did not. The freezer itself has one large pull out drawer for easy storage and one pull out tray. It works well. The right bottom is the flex zone which can be used to fridge or freezer temps. It’s similar set up to the other side and we use it as a freezer for now since the fridge is so large. This fridge also links to your phone and you can get reminders to close the doors etc. the smart things app lets you know everything you would need and helps make sure the door is closed. I really love this fridge but would love it even more with an additional drawer in the fridge section.

            Excellent Refrigerator!
            [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so happy to be able to test this Samsung 4 Door Flex. We received our 29 cu. ft. Smart 4-Door Flex™ Refrigerator with Beverage Center & Dual Ice Maker last week and we love it. The best part is the dual ice maker, my husband has many networking events and makes cocktails at home and loves the fact that the ice maker makes little ice cubes for cocktails. Another huge plus on this fridge is the beverage center, it fills up on its own every time we never have to fill up ourselves. One of the plastic container holders came cracked so we do not know who to contact to get that replaced but besides that, this is the best fridge ever! We also love the fact that we do not get any fingerprints as it is fingerprint resistant. Another great feature this refrigerator has is the 2 minute door alarm. I love the alarm because sometimes my mom who is older, comes over to our home and goes to refrigerator and leaves the door open. With this 2 minute alarm, it has already warned me a couple times that she has left one of the doors or the freezer open. So far some of my friends that have come over love the size of the fridge, it is very big and the LED lights it has are brighter than any I have had before. You can see perfectly into the fridge, no matter how way back something may be (the depth is great). This is one of my favorite refrigerators I have ever purchased. I am recommending to all my friends! I posted it in facebook and got so many questions about it.

              Stainless dents very easy
              We installed this fridge and just pushing it into the cabinets it dented very easily. We had our previous LG fridge for years and no dents. The stainless is very thin. The features work fine but very disappointed in the dents already showing.

                Different, in a good way
                This new fridge has some design features that are not typical, but it turns out I love them (it’s been a week since delivery). It quickly and quietly makes two full bins of ice in two sizes, a vast improvement over our 10yr old French door fridge with the space saving ice maker in the door that could not keep up with us and frequently got jammed up. I was not sure about losing the ice dispenser in the door, but it’s actually easy and quick to scoop ice into our drinks. The self-filling water pitcher is great to fill up large cups and sports bottles quickly, and the cats are loving the filtered water for their bowl. We store wet cat food, butter, and creamer in the beverage center area - items that we reach for most often. Our freezer items seem more organized now with the separate areas provided by the many door bins and slide out drawers. We use the flex zone as a freezer, and this provides quite a lot of storage space. The fridge offers somewhat less built in organization, though I have clear plastic bins to corral smaller items like yogurts, fruit, condiments, etc. Since the two meat/crisper drawers are quite large, I added some plastic bins inside them as well. I do miss having a full width deli drawer, but on the plus side you don’t have to open both top doors in order to get into the drawers. Overall, the features that make this fridge different are winners for our family. Moving the water/ice inside makes for a nice clean look. We finally found a fridge that can make enough ice for us. Highly recommend.

                  Size description is WRONG
                  Bought this fridge, super excited about the flex capacity. Height description on Home Depot's website puts the fridge as 70.75". The ACTUAL height is 71 7/8". The description did not account for the height including the hinge, which is pretty pointless considering that you're going to want to put the whole fridge under a cabinet and not just the back half. Other than that, maybe the fridge is great. I'll never know, because we had to return it due to the height.

                    Pricey, but worth it!
                    Took delivery of our new Samsung Flex fridge yesterday 4-28-2021. I struggled deciding whether or not this would be money well spent since it's a brand new model with no reviews. Hopefully I can help you... PROS: 1. Extremely functional layout. Samsung really thought this one out. 2. Sleek, modern design. 3. Seems to cool extremely well and evenly (there isn't one area that seems to be colder than the other, unlike the fridge I just had that would freeze my eggs if placed on the right side of the refrigerator). 4. Hassle free purchase and delivery experience from Home Depot, as usual. 5. Great interior lighting on the top portion coupled with a stainless interior back makes it extremely bright and easy to see what you're looking for. 6. I have to admit I thought the auto fill water pitcher might be questionable...AND I LOVE IT. It really does work and makes it easier to fill your glass versus standing in front of the fridge with the door open (which still isn't all bad, this is just much quicker). I also use it to fill the coffee pot, which makes it super easy. 7. Love the choice in cube size...crushed was nice in the past but I think I'll love the ice bites better. CONS: 1. Price. 2. Measurements-The height listed in the specifications is not accurate. I would add roughly an inch to the height listed in the manufacturers specifications. 3. Wish the bottom freezer and flex side interior lights were just a tad brighter (they're still good though and with pull out shelves, it's still easy to see). Setting all cons aside, this seems to be a very solid refrigerator. It looks great and seems to function well and even though it was expensive I think it was well worth the price. Gave us about three more inches of walking space between our kitchen island and refrigerator and it made my brand new kitchen look even better. Thank you Samsung for a great product!

                      Has not worked since I bought it.
                      I purchased last Wednesday. Picked it upon Thursday. Got everything hooked up and plugged in. Nothing works but the lights. I have had to call Samsung every day to try and get it to work. Still not working. Have a whole list of confirmation numbers and service call number but still not working. Now they want to come out next Friday to look at it. Really what are people to do. I will NEVER buy any Samsung appliances again. Even had to cut out our cabinets to make it fit. Waste of my money.

                          Bought this version with the icemanker and water dispenser because way back when a celebrity couple were on the commercial advertising this. I would NEVER buy another Samsung product. This has been nothing but problems. The ice maker continually freezes up or gets ice caught. It hasn’t been more than a year or so since we had the entire part replaced and now the ice maker has stopped working again.

                            Do not buy!!!!
                            Samsung has the worst customer service. One number for warranty, who makes everything seem on track to be serviced and repaired, but another 3rd party servicer who will call you just to tell “it’s deemed physical” damage for ANYTHING you submit. The pitcher holder cracked 6 weeks after purchase. My fridge 1 year warranty is almost up- and they REFUSED to replace. One of the shelves cracked after washing- refused to replace. The door dented on delivery- refused to replace! And now that the filter needs to be replaced annually- the water dispenser completely shuts off. Save your money and your time! Do not buy. Home depot also will NOT help you unless it’s within 24 hours of delivery date.

                              We bought all new kitchen appliances from this store. The refrigerator (ice maker) was so bad the insurance has issued a credit. We've picked out a new one that we want but it's shown out of stock and two phone calls have resulted in one dropped call and a circular phone tag session on the second.........nobody ever answered in appliances. We will buy this refrigerator if it's still made but it won't be at this store.

                                Absolutely dissatisfied.If you are looking to purchase a new fridge I advise you buy somewhere else. I was supposed to have my fridge installed, the people that delivered refused stating that didn’t have time and left. Leaving me to try and break my fridge and I’m out an additional $1000 to repair with no ownership from Home Depot Samsung or the delivery company. Also keep in mind this fridge will not run on a gfci outlet and I found that out the hard way. After now 6 weeks between ordering waiting on delivery and it not working I still don’t have a working fridge. So thank you

                                Typical Samsung quality…poor
                                Purchased this fridge based on design against my better judgement and previous issues with Samsung refrigerators. For our new kitchen remodel, it matches perfectly and we had high hopes. Again, we were duped. Refrigerator itself works okay and the versatility of the flex zone and multiple ice cubes is great. But concept is where it all ends. Pouring water into both parts of the ice maker and leaving the ice makers completely locked up. Don’t forget the outrageous cost of filters. Garbage.

                                  The install team was amazing - they moved the old frig, got the new one in, and were out the door within 30 minutes of arriving. They were also extremely nice and explained everything clearly. The refrigerator itself is perfect - exactly what we had hooped for.                                   We got it because we really liked the idea of the auto-fill pitcher, so we can have water ready to pour and don't have to stand there waiting for a cup to fill up. Well the stupid pitcher doesn't fill most of the time, we're going on maybe like 10% of the time it actually works. Now, not only do we have to stand waiting for our water to fill (I know not the worst thing in the world), but we have to do it with the refrigerator door open, because of the poor design. Good idea, poor execution.

Using my old refrigerator drawers to organize food areas. Installers took three visits to set up correctly. Fingerprints show easily. Home Depot or Samsung will not let me return or exchange for another. There was dent in front right door. Was given $300 credit. Not informed that credit made the fridge not return able. I am very unhappy and irritated with this $2,500purchase.

                                          NEW REFRIGERATOR but requires discontinued parts!
                                          I have had my 4-Door Flex for a year and a half - and it is a GREAT fridge, and I love it! What I don't love (and the reason I am not giving this a 5-star rating) is due to the repeated problems with the ice maker. I have had to replace the Ice Chip unit TWICE due (now looking for a third replacement) due to it freezing and literally breaking. Last week it happened to the ice cube side, and I needed a replacement. Now finding a replacement is the REAL PROBLEM, because it's discontinued! How can a part for a refrigerator still sold as a new unit have parts that are discontinued and no longer available? All the replacements I have gotten have been from eBAY, and when I went looking for the Ice Cube unit, I found a complete unit that I also bought (as a spare). When my Ice Cube unit arrived, I found that the ice chip tray was cracked, needing my third repair of the Ice Chip Unit.
